Resort Cordial Santa Águeda & Perchel Beach Club

I cannot rate this place highly enough!! I’m so sorry to be leaving today. We spent a wonderful week here as a family of 5 (2 adults, kids 1, 7. &8). The self catering 2 bed classic duplex apartment was perfect and had everything we needed. We cooked in the kitchen which is very well equipped on 4 nights and eat at the beach club restaurant on 2 occasions (the food was great and not over priced). We loved the on-site spar with its ice cream parlour with freshly made waffles and crepes. Top quality and not overly expensive. The staff in this hotel could not be better. All spoke great English, cleaning staff did a great job and Heidi at reception is a wonderful warm person who goes above and beyond to help her guests. We hope to see you all again soon! Went as a family of four in February, me, my wife, niece and my dad. We needed a 3 bedroom apartment that's on the first floor and mobility impaired friendly as my dad use a walker to get around safely. The check in process was a good experience and we were met by a welcoming and professional staff giving us all the relevant information about the hotel. The apartment itself was clean and fresh as the resort are very new, specious and easy for my dad to get around. Floor tiles also had a non slip finish that don't get slippery even when wet. As we rented the bigger ocean front view accommodation we also had a good size private pool, an amazing view of the garden and sunsets. Equally stunning was the view of the sunrise from the rooftop terrace. I used the spacious kitchen a fair but for cooking, ended up buying a new scillet and pan as the ones included was a bit tacky. but I'm very picky person with my kitchen utensils. The cleaning staff stopped by every day tidying up and delivered fresh towels. Upkeeping of the resort area was on point also as gardeners always around. The Spar express store on the property also keep a good stock of all you needed food and drink vice. Didn't use the beach club as much as we found it a bit overly posh, but the area and pools are very nice. I will recommend to hire a car for your stay, traffic on the island are not scary at all and parking problems don't seem to exist. Taxi services also works great tho and we used them for this stay as our first visit to the Grand Canaries. Resort are located a short walk from arguineguin Town, even closer are a few bars and restaurants that serves great local seafood. there's also a factory in the area, but they don't bother you other then you will have to look at it. As the caption say, a great place for families of all ages and we highly recommend the hotel. We will also stay in the Arguineguín area if stay on this side of the island at our next visit.

Amazing family stay, went for a week in January, stayed in a 3 bed villa, it was absolutely beautiful, gorgeous views of the sea, our own private pool, clean, big and had everything we needed. Around the hotel was also beautiful and clean, staff were helpful and cleaners were so good

Absolutely loved this resort. Stayed in a 2 bed villa. Absolutely gorgeous, very modern and clean, everything you need. Outside private space is fantastic, own sunbeds so no panic rushing for beds, own pool which is small but good fun if you have small children or need to cool down. Could not ask for anymore. The beach club is stunning. Free to hotel users during the week but you pay weekends and get half price. I can see why they charge people coming from outside. Beautiful pools, infinity pool, sunbeds are gorgeous and spacious. Lots of room around the beds, whole area so well kept. Bar area is gorgeous, can ring for bartender from your sunbed and drinks and snacks brought to your table. A great vibe in the beach club and a great addition to the resort if you want to use it. There is not a lot around the hotel. We did walk in to the local town which has a few restaurants but not your usual holiday nightlife. Very quiet area at night which suited us. If you’re looking for a busy nightlife this is not the place for you. The restaurant in the resort is also lovely.

What a beautiful resort for a stay in Gran Canaria. You have the feeling of a hotel, but with the comfort of your own home. I like the fact that the houses have everything, from a dishwasher to a washing machine. With bath robes for every person, cleaning every day and staff that come with a smile. On Christmas Day we were welcomed by Desiree, who was lovely and explained all about the resort. And every morning Monica received us with a great smile at breakfast. Takes time for a talk and explains the children were to find which items. That is a rare to find and what make this resort perfect for us! Love to come again.

Having Ocean Front villa for a one week was really pleasant experience. It was spacious (3 bedrooms) and well equipped. Nice own pool to have a swim. However, kitchenware had seen better days. Luckily by the help of reception we got new frying pans etc. to cook some food. Breakfast was very English style and tasty. Local restaurant (dinner) was a bit of disappointment. Generally highly recommended place to spend holidays.
