Die Lage ist sehr gut gelegen . Das Personal an der Rezeption und im Housekeeping waren sehr freundlich. Leider war mein Zimmer eine einzige Katastrophe. Die Betten sehr unbequem.Das wlan funktionierte nur im Bad oder auf dem Flur, das Netz war generell überlastet .Die Dusche wechselte leider sekündlich von Heiss auf Kalt Da mein stimmet

This is a 3 stars hotel with lots of issues that you probably don't want to spend your valuable vacation to experience. Here are just some of the bad things. * Bugs in hotel room * Lots of ants in the pool area * Noise from neighbor's rooms because the fundamental construction is old and has bad isolation. You can hear sounds when somebody open/close wardrobe. They have renovated for some years ago, but it seems mostly on the surface. * At night, from your hotel room, you can hear sounds from planes landing and departing Mallorca. * My son pushed on a switch beside my bed to turn on the light and suddenly electricity went off on our room and several neighbor's room on the same floor. So dangerous for kids. We were so afraid something could have happened to him. * You must pay additional to lock your things in a safe. Some hotels in Spain offer this free of charge * Elevator is super small. * Staff at reception does not speak fluent English. It is so difficult to understand since most of them speaks german. You might meet one or two that can speak English if you are lucky. * There are some variations on food every day. Keep in mind that some of it is poorly prepared that might cause you stomach problem. Be aware of your choices. * Every time you get a new plate, be sure that it is clean. We saw many times that it was wet, sometimes with leftover food that was not completely washed yet. * Now for one of the biggest bad: Disloyal employees that will try to get more money out of you when they ask you to buy water/soda/drinks in dinner time. We met a man who did this with us. On our first day he overcharged us. On our last day, I have paid for 2 sodas. I gave the money to him, and few minutes later he came back with his colleague and yelled at me that I did not pay. They were rude and loud. Everybody in my table saw that I have paid. I said, if you want money, just say so, but let my family have a good vacation. Don’t yell at your hotel guest. Yet, I gave this guy tips every day. Be aware that staff can scam you and ruin your food experience because they have some internal problem with handling money. I choose to put this in my review to let management know.

I was in room 105 facing the street .All around are beautiful trees and plants.The room is nicely decorated and big..Very quiet and comfortable.The restaurant is very large with great selection of food.You serve yourself and eat as much as you want.The staff were very pleasant and didnt rush you away.They offer drinks but you have to pay for them ,this is only in the evening..I just said no and it wasnt a problem.You can sit where you choose.The guests were mostly German but quiet and well behaved.The pool area is extensive and beautiful.3 mins walk to the beach and bus stops.A good supermarket 7 mins walk through a quiet park.You can walk along the promenade to Can Pastilla which has british and spanish visitors.

Travelled around April/May, got a double room with small balcony for around 55 euro that included a buffet breakfast and dinner, really good selection, although if you want juice get down early. The hotel is located in the German district, but the staff have good English. Mainly elderly customers and the odd family with little kids. Quiet hotel, only 5 minutes walk from a lovely beach, packed with restaurants/bars/shops. Staff overall were lovely, although there was a minor incident with their card machine not working - so have cash on you just in case. Hotel is located about 20 minutes bus ride to Palma (which is stunning) and 25 mins to the airport (A2 bus) - bus stops are located about 5 minutes walk away.

На Майорке была впервые. Отель забронировала по акции, 6 ночей за 605 евро с завтраком. Одноместный номер небольшой, но есть всё необходимое. Белоснежное качественное постельное белье, удобный матрас, просторный балкон с сушилкой и креслами со столиком. Номер достаточно тихий, хорошо высыпалась. Уборка номера ежедневно, дважды меняли постельное белье и полотенца. Отель очень чистый. Персонал - доброжелательный. Ресторан большой, несколько кофемашин с прекрасным кофе. Завтраки и ужины - стандартные, но еда свежая и качественная. Расположение отеля также хорошее, близко к пляжу, остановкам общественного транспорта и месту остановки экскурсионных автобусов. По вечерам у бассейна проводятся развлекательные шоу. Контингент в отеле, в основном, спокойный, семейные пары. Рядом парк, красивая набережная. Из недостатков - шумно работающий кондиционер, слабо охлаждающий холодильник, слабая звукоизоляция( слышно как хлопают двери поздно ночью приходящих соседей) и мусорные баки под балконом убрать бы в другое место. В ванной комнате есть гель для душа и шампунь, хотелось бы ещё мыло для рук. Но мне это не особо мешало, в отеле только спала, просыпалась под пение птиц:) И хотелось бы приветственную бутылку воды при заезде, особенно когда приезжаешь поздно, после долгого перелёта. В целом, отель рекомендую, маленькие каникулы прошли великолепно, путешествовала по острову, Майорка - прекрасна! Очень хочется вернуться:) и именно в этот отель. Спасибо отелю за сюрприз - бутылка шампанского в день рождения!

L'hotel si trova a 20 minuti dell'aeroporto raggiungibile con il bus. Ho alloggiato una settimana con il mio ragazzo e ci siamo trovati abbastanza bene anche se mi aspettavo qualcosa di più. Partendo dalla stanza, c'è quasi tutto tranne il bidè e un armadietto nel bagno che sarebbe servito. Ho trovato molto utile lo stendi biancherie, che non tutti gli hotel hanno. La camera era abbastanza pulita tranne che alla mattina le donne delle pulizie non puliscono mai la doccia. Per quanto riguarda la colazione c'è di tutto, dal dolce al salato, ma noi ci siamo trovati malissimo in quanto non è stata di nostro gradimento. Da vera italiana posso dire che il nostro cibo è il migliore in assoluto! La cosa positiva che ho trovato è che ci sono 2 piscine e sono molto pulite. Alla sera fanno anche spettacoli. Inoltre c'è attivo il servizio bar ed è abbastanza economico.

To był kiedyś bardzo dobry hotel. Byliśmy w 2019,2022 dwa razy i w 2023. Położenie hotelu jest bardzo dobre blisko plaży i deptaku,sklepów i restauracji. Basen zewnętrzny jest bardzo duży i ładny. Śniadania i kolacje smaczne,ale bez szału. Desery do kolacji rewelacja duży wybór i przepyszne. Jakość jedzenia pogorszyła w porównaniu do poprzednich lat. Na stronie pisze ze jak rezerwuje się bezpośredniość dostaje się butelkę wina,już nie aktualne. Każdy wieczór jakiś występ lub koncert. Hotel wymaga remontu!!! Mieliśmy pokój z popsutą klamka, za każdym razem wypadała. Drzwi od balkonu były tez uszkodzone,bardzo ciężko się otwierały. Dziury w krześle i brudna zasłona od prysznica. Pokój był w porządku poza tymi paroma detalami. Obsługa sprzątająca i w restauracji bardzo miła. Jeśli ktoś nie jest wymagany to jest Ok

Bedden die nog lekkerder slapen als thuis! Erg goede service en behulpzaam personeel. Prachtig hotel met goed ontbijt en hygienisch. Mooi zwembad, maar wel koud water! Maar wij komen hier zeker nog eens terug.

Lo bueno: personal de la cafetería eran muy amables. La limpieza de la habitacion salvo el último día muy bien y muy amables. El hotel es tranquilo una gran piscina donde mi hija disfruto mucho. Lo malo: Recepción. En 3 ocasiones cuando nos estaban atendiendo llegó un huésped alemán y literalmente dejaron de atendernos para atenderle a ellos. Me da igual la nacionalidad pero si me estás atendiendo a mi termina y luego el siguiente .
