Hotel MyPalace León

Stayed at the hotel for 4 nights in Superior room, without breakfast. In terms of value for money i was satisfied but it should be said that the room feels small, and i think that it would not be comfortable for a couple. The gym is not a gym for anything beside cardio and only if there are a few guests at the same time. While i was there, i told the staff that the AC in the gym is not working, and it was not fixed for several days so it was boiling there (near the sauna). The hotel can also do small things that can make the feeling much better, like have proper cups for hot beverages and not foam disposable cups and upgrade the coffee machines so you could make more than one cup of tea each time. Location is good for me, because i used public transportation to hike near by. Its also fairly close to a good branch of Supermercado (10 minutes walk) and a huge branch of Carefour (about 20 minutes walk).

Super pretentious rooms! Everything is controlled by tiny panels on the walls: black panels, black walls!! In semi darkness (that’s as good as it gets!) you are supposed to be able control bedside lights, blinds, curtains and more… what a waste of time, money and effort! People want to settle in their room quickly and efficiently, not spend half an hour getting nowhere! The ‘mini bar’ is, as everywhere else, warm. Don’t think you can enjoy a cool drink from there! When asked at reception why this was she said : ‘ it’s the same everywhere’! Ah, well, if it’s the same everywhere let’s not make an effort and stand out from the crowd hey?!!! The garage is fun; you drive your car into a lift!! Apart from that, hotel is clean. Nothing special .

Hotel, ubicado en el límite del casco histórico de la ciudad de León, para estacionar, tienes que buscar zona verde o zona azul o preguntar en recepción para estacionar el vehículo dentro del parking del Hotel El Hotel tiene un Hall bastante grande y moderno, el personal es amable y te facilita bastante la llegada y los mandos de la habitación, ya que son digitales y son un poco liosos de entender, una nota comentar que el Wi-Fi funciona bastante mal y que la televisión no permite poner plataformas como Netflix o Amazon Prime o hacer una duplicidad de la pantalla de tu teléfono La habitación es bastante moderna y con espacio suficiente, está domoTizada con mandos digitales y se tarda un poco en pillarle el truco, el baño está bien, cuenta con plato de ducha, y todo lo necesario para el aseo personal, pero un punto a resaltar y es algo bastante incómodo es que la puerta del baño es de cristal y corredera, y resulta bastante incómodo, y es algo que no nos ha gustado nada La habitación también cuenta con una cafetera

Hemos pasado un fin de semana en pareja.Hotel tranquilo,moderno y bonito,buena ubicación para moverte a pie por la ciudad,muy céntrico pero a la vez ubicado en una zona tranquila. Gimnasio pequeño pero completo. Totalmente recomendable. Volveremos.

Elegante e sobrio. Le stanze sono arredate con gusto e, pur non essendo spaziose, sono molto confortevoli (io ero nella 218) e assolutamente silenziose. Molto gentili e pronti alla reception: sono partito alle 1,30 del mattino e la persona addetta e’ stata rapida e cortese (sappiamo tutti che, a volte, il portiere di notte non è così efficiente e professionale come quelli del turno di giorno). Come osservato da altri prima di me, il sistema di domotica non è facilissimo da utilizzare ma alla reception mi hanno detto già all’arrivo di chiamarli se avessi avuto difficoltà. Si vede che la gestione è attenta. Bravi!

Hice la reserva directamente con el Hotel ( vía telefónica ), reservando una habitación doble superior. La habitación que nos asignaron era bajo cubierta ( 4º planta), la ventana era tipo velux, bastante alta y no se ve la calle. Esto me agobia bastante, así que fui a la recepción y la recepcionista que fue super amable en todo momento nos cambió de habitación. Nos dio una habitación en la 1º planta, me dijo que era una habitación tranquila, pero en ningún momento me dijo que fuese interior. No tenían mas habitaciones disponibles, ya que tenían alojados a los invitados de una boda, por eso no volví a recepción. Yo agradezco el cambio de habitación, pero pienso que de saber que era interior no lo hubiese aceptado, ya que hemos pagado 178 € ( garaje incluido) por una habitación interior y pienso que individual, ya que no era muy confortable para 2 personas.
