Very good hotel in a great location. Hotel staff are very friendly & we had a great holiday, hotel is in a perfect location and rooms are very good sea view rooms, would recommend.

Our second visit to this amazing hotel and everything was just as good as we remembered! Hopefully we can make a third visit in 2026. I really can’t add anything new to the hundreds of glowing reports - go, you won’t be disappointed!

We returned home on the 1st July 2025. This has been our third consecutive stay at this wonderful hotel. It feels like a home from home. We absolutely love returning each year and we have never been disappointed. From the moment you arrive, until the time you leave, you are treated like royalty. We were welcomed back by staff even before we reached reception. The reception staff were very helpful - so a big thank you to all of them! We were offered refreshments on arrival and our luggage was taken to our room by staff. Each morning the pool area was cleaned, by housekeeping staff, and it was left spotless. A special mention to Andreas, who works at the Starfish pool area. He is a joy and will do all he can to ensure that your time there is pleasurable. Staff at the Starfish restaurant are also excellent, ably led by Diego. The housekeeping staff are great and keep you topped up with fresh towels and anything else you might need during your stay. Cande is a little star - friendly, polite and willing to do all she can to make your stay comfortable. Breakfast is perfect with an appetising array of different foods to choose from. Again, I cannot speak highly enough of the staff who work there. Justyna is the food concierge. What can I say about this lady. She greets everyone as they come in, ensures you have whatever you need and always has a smile for everyone. She made our holiday with her kindness, laughter and sense of fun. We have stayed in many locations around the world and in our opinion, this hotel and the staff have definitely got it right. We intend to return in 2026 and are counting down the days already! From the moment we stepped out of our taxi we had the most incredible stay at this hotel. The attention to detail is beyond anything we have ever seen. The staff are the best we have ever met from the lovely ladies that maintained our rooms and their kindness to our children and smiles and cheer. The breakfast again was the best we have ever had and Justyna who greeted us every morning made our day with her infectious smile and chat and all of the breakfast staff who were so attentive and kind. We cannot say enough about this hotel. It is stunning in appearance, spotless and so we'll maintained. The best hotel we have ever stayed in after years and years of travelling. It is 5 star in every way!

We are just back from our 2nd stay here. Usually when you find somewhere good, the 2nd time doesn't quite live up to expectations. However, I am pleased to report that this was not the case at the Royal Hideaway, everything was as perfect as 1st time around and we will look forward to returning again. Great location, fantastic breakfasts, super friendly staff, fantastic pool area, comfy beds etc etc. We came away really impressed again, and we will look forward to returning again - in fact I've already tried for the coming October but it appears there are no suitable rooms for us, so will look to book in for next summer. If I was nitpicking I'd say the kids club could be improved, but aside from that it's a 10/10 in every way. Can't wait to return!

I’ve stayed in this complex a number of times as a solo traveller but this is the first time in the ‘suites’ section (previously on the adults only side). It’s quite honestly on another level!!! I was lucky enough to get a free upgrade to a 2 bed villa suite from my original 1 bed villa suite but either way, it was exceptional. The living facilities and hotel staff are of the same high standard of all the complex. But, the terrace and pool area was something else!!! My own salt water pool to myself and the sun on the terrace all day from about 10am (mid June stay). Thank you. I will be back and the villa suite rooms with pool are the future!!!!
