Royal Hideaway Corales Suites

Best holiday ever. Hotel is modern beautiful decor.immaculate inside and out.We had a 2 bedroomed suite with a lovely pool to swim in massive terrace loungers and day bed table and chairs outside and inside dinning tables a sofa and chairs outside as well. Big canopy if you want shade perfect view of the sea. Room is like a villa massive emperor bed 2 bedroom also very big loads of wardrobes and storage. Washing machine and dryer. 2 bathrooms and another separate toilet. Lovely open kitchen with oven big fridge and freezer. Everything there you could ever need. Immaculately cleaned everyday body washes lotions toothpaste and brushes.dressing gowns.beautiful towels clean everyday and outside towels.pool is overlooking the sea.i could go on and on reception is beautiful the whole hotel is restaurants lovely and we went into Caleta most nights fantastic real Spanish village lots of marvelous bars and restaurants only 10 min walk. I can't fault this hotel at all. We are planning to come back in September it's our last day today.sad to be going.if you like a quality holiday nice and quiet come here I qaurantee you will love it .Also if you want more to do on a night it's just near Costa Adedje.and los christianos.eay to get a bus or taxi outside hotel. Excellent hotel for a romantic getaway. Booked a villa suite with private pool and sea view. Very spacious suite with 2 bedrooms 3 bathrooms and a laundry room. UK TV channels, good range of facilities including gym & spa. Good choice of restaurants inside the hotel and down by the harbour. Next to a public beach. Staff were always polite & helpful. Would recommend.

Hotel was chosen as a luxury holiday for 3 girl friends. The overall experience was wonderful and staff are keen to try and give good customer service and make a lasting impression. As a party of 3 our option was to stay in the Royal Hideaway Suites but we still could access facilities at the Adult only Hotel part of the complex. Easy few minutes walk between the different parts (Suites and Hotel) or you can ask to be taken in a buggy which were always readily available. Below are listed the highlights and the things that were not so great or could be improved. These were minor things and did not detract from a positive experience. Good - What made the stay memorable were the fantastic staff, they all worked hard to give a good experience. They were friendly and created a great atmosphere. Staff went above and beyond and enabled us to feel relaxed and comfortable. - On arrival greeted by Dennis who was friendly and welcoming and throughout our stay remembered us and would ask us how we were getting on and if there was anything we needed. - Justyna who looked after us during breakfast was friendly and funny, getting the 'tone' just right. Breakfast is good (in the Olivia restaurant, cannot comment on Nao restaurant breakfast as did not eat there), a lot of choice and you need to do it at least once to experience it. - Other standout staff were Vadim, Carlos and Miguel at the Nao restaurant and pool and Toni at the Maresia rooftop bar and pool. - Lovely birthday surprise of cake and chocolates on arrival to room which was a thoughtful touch and on request had provided a complimentary spa ticket. - Internal and external environment tidy and clean. Cleaning staff did an amazing job, all items folded and put away, suite left tidy which was nice to come back to. Turn down service was excellent and all public facilities impeccably clean. - Hotel gym facilities were good for quick holiday workouts with free access to water and towels. - We were not disturbed by lots of children and our suite on level 4 was far enough away from Starfish pool that it was not an issue for us to hear children splashing and playing at a lower level. If this may be an issue for you then request a suite higher up or further away from the pool. - Sun loungers around the pools and on balcony were comfortable with plenty of towels and free water infused with fruit. No issues with guests reserving them. Not so great - Shops on the 1st floor not always open despite opening hours displayed on the doors stating they should be. More of an annoyance than a major issue but we would have spent money here. Would have made use of hairdressers if open when stated. - We had booked a suite for 3 people yet when shown to suite it was only set for 2 people - 2 sun loungers, 2 chairs, 2 sets of coffee pods and milk, 2 robes, slippers and towels. However, Dennis who had shown us to room was brilliant in getting this sorted and reception staff did apologise. - There is a lack of hooks in

Cannot praise this hotel enough. Rooms spotless, food plentiful and delicious and the stand out: the staff, the nicest, most welcoming and a credit to the hotel. Special mention to Toni on the roof top pool bar. Nothing toomuch trouble. We will back.

Second time at this hotel, which means the first time was good 😉. And indeed, it was super good again, not just the enthusiastic welcome at breakfast that brightens the day right away, but the whole experience is simply fantastic. Highly recommended!!

Had a most enjoyable week with family and would highly recommend this as a special holiday Loved every minute of it 😎

Fabulous hotel for couples. The best house keeping of any where I have stayed in the world. Friendly and helpful staff. Roof top bar great. Two negatives though are: People reserving sunbeds and being away for hours and restaurants need to be booked in advance of departure.

We booked a one bedroom villa with a private pool. The room was lovely but overpriced for what it was. The service was good but the food only average. We had just come from the Ritz Carlton which had a much higher quality of food. The fact they say they have one of the best breakfasts in the whole of Spain is absolutely crazy, it is average at best and even though the choice is good the quality could be got at many a 4 star all inclusive. Having no a la carte menu and awful coffee are basics that should be standard. Overall a nice break away but no where near the hype and reviews make it out to be. For the same money it costs for a villa with private pool then go to the Ritz Carlton.

While the setting is pretty, we are disappointed by the quality control and service of this hotel. We paid for a 2 bedroom duplex villa (it is not a duplex) and the unit they assigned us has a non-working AC unit in the main room, there was a flood on our balcony from the pool (which soaked my daughter's dress when she walked out to see the view), and the TV in the living room does not work. We called and pointed out the issues right away. Four hours later nothing has been fixed. The hotel also told us we booked on ******* when in fact we booked through American Express Platinum Travel. Not at all a 5 star experience in line with what we paid.
