Ulasan Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Ohio State University- OSU Medical Center, an IHG Hotel

Handicap accessible room: A little disappointed: security latch was completely broken off; shower curtain was to short and water would splash out onto floor; shower floor around wall was old and brown looking from either age and/improper cleaning/ shower seat, when folded up was just dirty looking; overall, it is a little outdated and the room just didn’t feel or look clean. Also, breakfast opens at 7:30 am! We needed to be on the road before breakfast is even an option! Not good for those who stay at this hotel for during the week and have time commitments! This was a big negative for us.

房間兩張大床還有一大一小兩個沙發打開都可以當床睡，很適合一家人出遊，之前訂了一天趕緊不錯，又續了三天，很不錯的選擇。早餐和周邊美食也不錯哦。

酒店位置不錯，房間也算乾淨整潔，比其他城市的智選假日要高出一個檔次；服務人員態度也還算好，早餐比較簡單，標準的美式，聊勝於無。距離OSU比較近，步行15分鐘左右。

舒適，房間寬敞，早餐豐富，位置很好，感覺安全。一句話：性價比很高，會再次原則

乾淨衞生，早餐為西式早餐還可以，交通便利，去osu可以打uber十分鐘到

Room was not saved for us because the card did not go through but i did not know till arrival since i never recieved an email telling me so

Rooms decently clean could be cleaner. Elevators have a strange smell. Okay overall. Staff is friendly. Easy check in.

Decor was very updated and modern. Room was mostly clean. The floors in the room were laminate (?) and there was some crud in the corners that looked like a Swiffer missed. Breakfast has a nice selection of food, but eggs were a little rubbery and the ketchup, in the packets, tastes like it was off. I don't think that it was name brand. The gym had a good selection of equipment, though, it did look old. The pool was great. The whole pool room was warm, which is a plus because I hate cold pool rooms. The spa was in good working order and I think the water itself might have been salt water? It was an overall OK stay.

Very clean. Big room that faced busy road. Next time I would request back room on the back side of hotel to avoid a ome light traffic noise, but not bad. Breakfast was typical and tasty. I would stay again. Beds were comfy.

The room was great and very clean plus had everything we needed. Check in and out was great. Location close to hospital.

It was a clean hotel. We did not sleep well. The walls are really thin and you can here everything I the rooms around you including the other rooms flushing toliets.

The staff made sure to be available for us even before we arrived with a message about checkin. Service was great at the front desk and breakfast.
