We paid a little extra for a King Suite vs. just a "room". For that, we got more space, but not more furniture. Watching TV on my phone was better than watching from the bed or the single recliner. Could've used a couch or even a second TV.
When we called right at check-in to ask for the bathroom faucet to be repaired, they didn't have a repair person available and didn't have another room to move us to.
They _did_ have someone available at 12:30am to pound on our door, wake us up, and get us out of bed because their front desk clerk hadn't completed all their paperwork properly and had to check with her manager.
Lots of little signs of neglect as well: Breakfast was substandard, cold eggs, graffiti in the elevator, phone message button broken, and so on.
