Hotel yang sangat, sangat buruk! Sebagai hotel bintang lima! Yang terpenting adalah memiliki sikap pelayanan yang baik! hasil! Jelas ada kamar cadangan tapi saya tidak akan memberikannya kepada Anda! tidak dapat diterima! Benar-benar tidak sesuai dengan ***a hotel bintang lima Amerika! Jangan pernah memberikan ulasan negatif dan tidak akan pernah lagi!

I couldn’t ask for a better place to stay to bring in the new years … or in general ! I will deff be back !! The views. The location. The inside is the hotel. Beyond perfect. Great for walking. Great for walking with little ones. Everything worth seeing is soooo close. My daughter and I truly enjoyed it and still are enjoying ourselves.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Very comfortably situated near many downtown attractions, but off of the main road.

Overall, nice room and location

Loved this hotel. Very clean. Staff very professional. Great location. The pool area is the nicest outdoor pool we have found in Columbia. This will be our go to in the future.

Fantastic location

This is a great place from the front desk to the hotel room. Ruth Cris restaurant is a great place for a night cap with dessert. Beds were very comfortable! I will definitely stay again if in the area!

Check in was at 4pm. Our room was ready after 6pm. My daughter and I got ready in a public bathroom to make it to our event on time. Ordered room service breakfast that never arrived. This was a gift to her…she deserves a refund. We will not be back.

I stayed here several times and it is always clean and the staff is always nice and accommodating.

Excellent weekend!! We were in town for a show right down the street. Perfect location, excellent service, very clean. Plenty of parking in the garage attached to the hotel. Very safe and well lit. We had a great time.

The minute we walked in, we could tell this place was lacking customer service. The lobby was full of people waiting for rooms. We were told at 4pm check in that our room was not ready and they did not know when it would be ready. The lady managing the front desk was incredibly rude. Very rude as a matter of fact.

The lobby was nice but the beds were hard, our toilet was broken, phone wouldn’t work, shower was cold after 60 seconds, and the condition was empty in the shower. It seemed pretty clean otherwise & was in a convenient location. Staff was all friendly.
