Sleep Inn & Suites Columbia

The breakfast was small not much to offer or eat .Asked for more sausage ans they put it in server uncooked took very slow and breakfast was over before it was even warm

When I checked in the front desk rep had an attitude I would assume. It seemed as if he didn’t want to help me and seemed like I was bothering him when I asked where would be the best place to parked that is near my room. I booked through ******* but was asked to put a card on file for incidentals but it would not be charged nor a hold placed. The next day my account was charged a random amount of $100.53. I spoke to the woman at the desk and she advised I would have to wait until Monday to speak to the manager as she could not help me. On Monday I spoke to the manager who stated she was already informed and refunded me. I asked for proof and she said I had to get it from ******* as the money went to them. I advised her it shouldn’t have been refunded to them as my card was charged directly from hotel. She corrected the refund but it has still not posted back to my account and has been 10 days. I called corporate and they stated the reservation was canceled. I advised it was and I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. There was a lot of back and forth so I just filed a dispute with my bank. Also, during one of the nights there I was in the lobby when the front desk rep stated it was 10pm and ask the people in the lobby to keep the volume down. He had a photo of JFK, someone asked what the photo was for and he said a joke. He was asked to tell the joke and he said the photo is of someone who was once loud and look what happened to him. Absolutely horrible service!

We were traveling through Kentucky and stopped for the night. This property is very clean and affordable. Beds were comfortable and breakfast was good.

Room wasn’t clean and had no towels or toilet paper beds was made that was it had to clean it myself

Perfect My family stayed here for 3 nights. We all were pleased at the cleanliness and how well cared the hotel appeared inside and outside. Breakfast was tasty. The coffee maker even served cold coffee which I loved. The staff were very friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

Ants everywhere This is a fairly new hotel and we’ve been coming here to visit family for the past few years. In the last year it has gone downhill. Our room was not very clean and was covered in ants. We had them crawling on the bed. The hotel staff informed us they were booked and could not move us.
