Dear Wyndham Hotels, I am writing to express my deep disappointment and dissatisfaction with the level of service provided to me by one of your managers during my recent stay. I had a very unpleasant experience while checking in and was met with extreme rudeness and hostility. Upon my arrival at the hotel, I observed a paying customer requesting a fork for his meal. The manager who was serving him at the counter refused to provide him with another fork even though the customer noticed it was dirty. The manager was extremely nasty to the customer, who happened to be Hispanic like me and my sister.I also faced a similar attitude from the same manager during my check-in process. The manager was unprofessional and discriminatory towards me and my sister, who are Hispanic. I cannot help but believe that this manager was exhibiting ****** behavior and was being discriminatory towards customers of Hispanic descent. I cannot comprehend how a customer who is paying for a service can be treated in such a way, and I am extremely disappointed in the way I was treated.
