So, as a business traveler the most important thing at a hotel for me is reliable internet. This hotel doesn't have it. Additionally after I called attention to it, no one fixed it or explained the problem. Finally my Hilton membership was ignored and the iusual welcome and amenties explanation was missing.

While this is an older property, like many Hilton Garden Inn properties near airports, it is being updated and modernized. Still a work in progress, but I was impressed with the renovated bathroom and some of the updated decorations. The room was clean, and everything was in good working order. Wi-fi was reliable and fast. The fitness center while clean, is kind of dated and needs new equipment. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the airport shuttle was reliable and very convenient. There are many choices near the Colorado Springs Airport, but this Hilton Garden Inn Colorado Springs Airport is a solid choice for its comfort and convenience.

I always stay here when I travel from/to/through Colorado Springs. Love the shuttle to the airport and the fact that I can leave my car safely in their lot, the bar and restaurant are great and so convenient, and all the employees are very pleasant.

Nearly everything about this stay was unacceptable. TV and phone didn’t work. Did not do housekeeping when requested. Door locks didn’t work properly (staff had to let me in on several occasions). Charging extra for routine services. WiFi did not work properly. Checked me out a day early.

Clean room. I stayed 2 nights and housekeeping came to my room on the 2nd day. I was impressed because I often stay at hotels for 10 nights at a time and have a hard time getting my trash taken out. This hotel did it after just one night. My room was clean. Lobby was nice and clean. I ate at the bar each night. Bartenders were kind and food was decent. I would stay here again.

I had an uncharacteristically bad stay here a month ago, and wrote a review, with pictures, reflecting this. The manager did reach out to me and apologized, and I stated that I would be back and try again since this was my preferred COS hotel for visiting my family. I was informed that the hotel is working on updating and refurbishing rooms and public areas, which is definitely going to benefit the first impression others have when entering their rooms. Just returned from an unexpected trip to COS, sooner than I had expected to visit the Springs again, but this time everything was as good as previous stays have been; room was clean, everything in working order, bed comfortable, pool was clean and very inviting, and though I did not stay for breakfast, the setup that I saw was also much improved. As I stated in my initial review, I was hopeful that my negative experience was just an oversight, not the norm, and I am very happy to say that my confidence in a pleasant, comfortable stay at the Hilton Garden Inn, COS, is exactly what I was expecting on my most recent trip. I am back to recommending this hotel for others.

We have stayed at this hotel a few times; it is our preferred hotel in Colorado Springs. This time, it was a huge disappointment. Damaged items in room, huge stains on the curtains, cracked and chipped sink, thick dust on everything, cobwebs up in the corners and hanging on the ceilings, and carpets that made white socks dirty within a few steps. This could have just all been a fluke in the room. My other stays did not have rooms with this much disrepair. My friend was staying in a room down the hall and her room was what I would expect from this Garden Inn - clean and in repair. I tried to make management aware of the issues in my room, and that on previous stays our room was nothing like the state of the room I had now. I was given an email address, and I sent my email. I was not asking for any compensation, just an acknowledgment that the room would be inspected and repaired once I checked out. I have yet to hear anything. It has been 5 days since I sent the email. But it was breakfast that made me wonder if there is new management that is letting this hotel fall apart into ruin. First, very few options. Previous stays had many more options; my stay in October had more options, so this is not something that can be blamed on Covid! At least the server on Friday morning was attentive and pleasant - the weekend server was terrible. Chatting with the main cook in another corner of the restaurant as the assistant cook was preparing everyone's meals, totally ignoring the empty coffee containers, the lack of plates, lack of cups for the non-existent coffee, the empty containers of butter, almost empty milk sitting tepid water, etc., and being nowhere to be found when I was ready to leave and sign my check. I took pictures of the room and the terrible, low quality breakfast set-up. Not at all what I was expecting when paying $15 for breakfast!!!! Finally, the pool was ice cold. Our other stays had us loving the very pleasant pool temp. Not this time. The hot tub was filthy! There were balls of hair, bugs, and some weird white wormy things floating in the water. The water was not hot, just warm. It was the temp that we were expecting the pool to be. I really hope this isn't a sign of what's to come at this Hilton Garden Inn.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. NOT clean. Bed sheets had hair all over them, clearly not washed and I didn’t notice Until I was about to go to bed LATE. The room is old, chipping paint, the fridge wasn’t cold or even plugged in. The TV didn’t work! Walls have hardly any insulation, the guy I saw in the hallway cleaning or something was not polite. It’s just run down and I’m so pissed off!!!It was an absolutely horrible stay.
