The stay was overall pleasant. Clean rooms with all you would need for a quick one night stay. The night front desk person was not very polite. He canceled my reservation and when I arrived he gloated when telling me this. He treated me as if my payment method was declined for nefarious reasons on my part when in actuality my bank coded the transaction as possible fraud. He told me he would have to see if the room was still available and that all the hotels in town were booked. I told him if he didn’t find a room I would take my business elsewhere since he was so rude!

Clean rooms and good location.Breakfast was good but was repetitive every day . Front desk changed everyday but the night manager was rude when asked for bottled water 🤨.

The front entry was under construction, so that we had to figure out how to go into the hotel. It was not very obvious. We stayed in room 221 which was 5 rooms away from I-25. We can hear the traffic a little. One of us was a light sleeper but was able to sleep through the night. The bed was comfortable. The shower was nice and clean. The bathroom fan was a bit loud. There was no body lotion in the room. We asked at the front desk, but they didn't have any either. The breakfast was OK. It was a walking distance to the Broadmoor Ice Arena, so the location was perfect for us.

Everything was fine until we went to breakfast. must have been some kind of kids sports tournament close by. we decided to go somewhere else for breakfast . no place to sit and no food left to eat. Staff was fine, just overbooked?

The hotel had a water leak and there were fans and cords everywhere. It was so hot on the third floor and our AC in our room didn’t work. When I told the front desk about it they only said sorry we have a water leak and we’re trying to dry it up with the heat and fans. She then said could I offer you a snack out of our snack machine. No I don’t want a snack and your water leak has nothing to do with the ac in my room not to mention the bed was very uncomfortable every time me or my husband turned over the bed rocked so bad like it was unlevel. We will not be staying there ever again.

This place has surprising, comfort and quality for such an affordable price! It is super convenient, clean, safe parking. They even have a security guard there from 10 PM to 6 AM who monitors the parking lot as well as the surroundings. The linens were white, clean and soft, the bed was amazing. The room has everything you could need to include microwave, coffee, maker, refrigerator. Excellent shower shower with great pressure, soft towels. The included breakfast was absolutely amazing, you would not get much better at a restaurant. I feel like that we got so much more than we expected, or paid for!

Right off the freeway, but not so close that you hear traffic. Target store and others a short walk away.
Room was clean, quiet, and comfortable! Roomy walk-in shower was great as well.
