The warmth and glow of the fireplace in the main house and in our suite was welcoming in chilly February along with the sumptuous and savory breakfasts we enjoyed each morning. The house, rooms and grounds were meticulously kept, clean and beautifully decorated. All of it, along with the innkeepers, was extremely welcoming. I've already booked a return visit because my husband and I enjoyed our 2-night trip so much! If I had to sum it up in one word it would be "pampered" completely!

Wonderful staff, very helpful and available. The room was special…beautiful, comfortable and luxurious. The homemade breakfasts were original and delicious. This was our favorite part of our Colorado adventure. Thank you Holden House.

The accommodations were top rate, as always. We have stayed here multiple times, each time a little different, and always a fun experience. The innkeepers are always pleasant, and provide you with whatever you need. We especially liked the fireplace and big tub in the Silverton suite. Breakfasts are fantastic !

Very welcoming, right from the start when you enter to check in. Very friendly, house is beautiful (plus decorated for the holidays was a plus!!), fresh cookies out all day, room was spacious with a quality bed and linens. This was our first time here, and we absolutely loved it. From being served a fresh breakfast each morning, to helping us with details and tips on how we were spending our day, we we made to feel at home. We will definitely return!!

this was our second staycation as we stayed at the end, a couple months ago. Everything was just top-notch. They worked with us on our dietary considerations and met all our needs. The staff was incredibly friendly and did a tremendous job taking care of us during our stay. This has become a favorite staycation place for us in Colorado Springs.

Our stay at the Holden House 1902 Bed & Breakfast Inn was bright spot in what was a very quick trip to Colorado Springs. Heather was such a great hostess. She greeted us upon our arrival and showed us everything we needed to know about our room. Our room/suite was very comfortable. Having a couple of reclining chairs to sit in to watch television for a bit before going to bed was nice. The location was great as there were a lot of good restaurants nearby. Before heading out to dinner at a place recommended by Heather, we enjoyed the social hour and meeting the other couple who was staying there. The breakfast was wonderful and a great start to our day. Also, it was a treat to meet the resident kitty!

Amazing hospitality, kind and helpful, excellent breakfast, and extremely clean. Great location for getting everywhere. If you want the feeling of a home away from home you will have just that. From the moment of hello until a sad goodbye you are treated like family.

Holden House was the PERFECT place for a cozy, relaxing getaway. The Aspen Suite was incredible- lots of natural light, comfy bed, soaking tub, and private sitting areas. The Holden House overall was beautifully decorated and felt like home away from home- an incredible living room with a fireplace to read by (or attend the daily win social), delicious homemade breakfast every morning, lovely garden area and wrap around porch to sit on and drink coffee/tea. There were also DVDs available to use in your room- loved this touch. But most importantly, the Innkeeper team was phenomenal and truly made the stay great. Robin and Kory were friendly, helpful and genuinely good company. THANK YOU!

We're repeat visitors to Holden House - superb hospitality, delicious food, great location and a perfect space to just 'be' are the reasons we return. This time, we stayed in Pikes Peak, our first time in the adjacent cottage. So much space and thoughtful touches rendered a very comfortable stay. The icing was the incredible breakfasts and charming staff.
