We had a wonderful stay here during the Paris Olympics, and whilst the hotel is a little way out of central Paris, it has good connections via the T2 Tram into the main La Défense station. The buffet breakfast is ok value at €22 per person, with a reasonable selection. The bedrooms are spacious, modern and have exceptionally comfortable beds. The reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful. If you want a quality hotel at a more affordable rate than central Paris, this is a good option.

I spent a week at this location and I have been a member for over 10 years with Marriott, and Ritz Carlton . The second night as I was walking in to go to my room the receptionist told me to sign for the post card which I had none in my hand it was a picture of my family and I on a river cruise picture, after I tried explaining it to her twice,I had to turn it around to show her it wasn’t. They were hesitant to give toilet paper, and they didn’t want to bring fresh towels also we asked numerous times for face towels and they only gave them to us once in a week! They had a attitude every time we asked for service. This was the absolute worst hotel I have ever frequented . It’s bad enough that the people were blatantly rude but the hotel is not up to standards of a Marriott hotel or our family let’s just say we didn’t enjoy our stay and we checked out and asked to speak to the manager he was not there! I'm looking at the reviews and see that they are finally responding to complaints, my stay was over 4 years ago and never recived a apology or email . I spent a great deal of money their to be treated horrible , and I would never recommend any of my coworker's whom travel alot with over 26,000 employees at one of our 25 locations , family, or friends . Oh I also informed my fellow coworkers in a company email to everyone of my horrible experiance . Bye the way you will spend a lot money on taxies getting to Paris because this location is 20-30 minutes away . I had no idea it was so far away and hope there is no traffic.

We LOVED our stay at this hotel. I was with family and we booked 2 rooms adjoining. The hotel was clean, our rooms were clean, the staff was very nice, professional and we never experienced any problems at all. Breakfast was delicious with a large variety of fresh foods to choose from. They had an espresso/capuccino machine which made the best coffee. David and Soukaina at the front desk were so nice and answered any questions we had and offered suggestions in the local area and offered help with taking the metro to/from the hotel. The location is about 35-45 minutes from the city center and about 25 minute walk to the arch of La Defense, or a 7 minute tram ride. I would stay here again for sure.

What can you do to improve? First off, how about not lying to your customers? I had to cancel my trip to Paris and reservation at this hotel because I lost my job recently. Called Marriott customer service and was told that my booking was non-refundable. I told them that I had no idea about this, and they said they would contact the hotel directly to cancel my reservation and have my money refunded. After a week I heard nothing but crickets. I called customer service again and they said the hotel said that they didn’t have my contact information. That’s odd, because it was on my reservation confirmation. That was lie #1. Lie #2 came today when I called customer service again and was told that the hotel told them that they tried to contact me but I didn’t respond. Really?!? I want my money back so believe you me I would have responded if they contacted me. Long story short, I’m filing a complaint with Marriott Corporate, disputing the charge on my credit card, and finally NEVER STAYING AT A MARRIOTT OWNED PROPERTY AGAIN!!! I am a Hilton Honors member and I should have reserved with Hilton. You live and learn I guess. This hotel gets an “F” for their horrible customer service. There’s an old saying - “It takes sometimes years to find a customer and only a second to lose one”. They not only lost me as a customer, but I will make it my personal mission to spread the word about their non-existent customer service.

Crappiest Marriott ever. Reception desk refuse payment with Apple Pay and cash. After insisting they pretended to be fully booked and refused to cancel and refund booking. Disastrous experience before Olympics. The reception manager named Soukaina is a total waste of space. To avoid!

Came across with one of the most pathetic experiences with this hotel room I can ever describe about!! Courtyard by Marriott you really need to either give better excuses for your non-working air conditioners or just get them serviced so that guests like us who pay a heavy price for these rooms can sleep in peace after a whole day of of tour!! Few rooms the AC's cooling quite well while the rest of us sleep in sweat!! Tried keeping the window open but the outside traffic & tram noise wouldnt let us sleep even for a minute!! Informed reception regarding the same along with many other guests, the staff just brushes it off saying the AC's have been set to heating mode due to winters!! I wonder Why??? If the guests feels cold he/she can just switch off the AC!! Thats Simple!! Why change the whole setting to Heat mode when it can be switched off??? Future guests who are planning to book your rooms here BEWARE!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON THIS USELSS ONE!!
