Hotel Spiegel

很偏，在居民區裏，很靜謐。 基本上是小成本經營。 設施特別老。 本來應該是離機場比較近的，但是修路導致出行變得沒那麼方便。 好在便宜

The hotel was lovely, very well appointed and the gardens were spectacular. However, it was advertised as a hotel, restaurant but when we arrived, I asked what time service start in the restaurant to be told there was no service at the weekend. This was only Thursday but the restaurant was closed. We were 12.5 km outside of Cologne so our options were very limited. Luckily there were two restaurants about 10 mins walk from the hotel which were quite nice. The staff member who greeted us on our arrival, an older lady, was there every morning and every evening while we were there. She didn't seem to have any time off at all for the 3 nights we were there. While she was efficient at her job, she was not overly friendly or helpful. There were two other members of staff for the breakfast serving but again, these male waiters were efficient but not friendly towards us. They all engaged much more with the German guests but didn't seem interested in tourists. Tbh,we all felt as we were just a nuisance and they didn't really want us there. The hotel was expensive and the price didn't include breakfast. It is a lovely hotel but we definitely wouldn't stay there again. They have a lot to learn about hospitality. There were 5 in our group and we are very widely travelled but this is the first time any of us have experienced this kind of indifference and almost rude attitude. Sorry to say, we very very disappointed.

Ich, mein Mann und unsere Tochter haben hier übernachtet und 1 DZ sowie 1 EZ für eine Nacht bewohnt. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, sehr freundliche Inhaber, ansprechendes Haus, gemütlich und sauber mit vielen Aufbewahrungsmöglichkeiten im Zimmer. Den schönen Garten mit Terrasse konnten wir leider wegen des Wetters nicht nutzen. Das Frühstück war außergewöhnlich gut und vielfältig, wir wurden vom Ehepaar Spiegel regelrecht verwöhnt. Wir können das Hotel nur empfehlen und werden auch selbst dort nochmals wohnen, wenn wir wieder mal in Köln sein sollten. Vielen Dank für die tolle Abwicklung bzgl. der vergessenen Jeans unserer Tochter :-). Diese wurde uns umgehend nach kurzem Mailverkehr zugeschickt! Toller Service!!!

Dıştan bu kadar güzel olup içinin bir o kadar çirkin olduğu bir otel görmedim bu güne kadar… Yatakları hücrelerde gördüğümüz yatak.Yerler inanılmaz kirli..yazın en sıcak gününde klima yok otel odalarında klima yokmuş!?!Ben bir gece hiç uyumadan idare ettim,iki gece kalacaktım ve ödemesini yaptığım halde ikinci gece kalmadım,kalamazdım…Umarım kalmadğım bir gecenin parasını bana iade ederler.En tuhaf konu 4 yıldız görünmesi yazıkkkk,çok yazık…
