Very lovely hotel in the centre of Cologne. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful and I'd stay here again without hesitation.

Nice hotel in a central location. Super friendly staff. Great breakfast and interesting style. The bar at night is also a big plus.

酒店所在位置很贊，裝修很有特色，1樓是個酒吧，還有現場表演，早餐也很豐富，雖然價格有點小貴，房間有點小，但值得體驗。

酒店位於市中心，旁邊有大型超市開始深夜，非常方便。步行少於5分鐘，就可到達地鐵站。唯一可惜手機不能投射房間內的電視及沒有冰箱。

위치는 역에서 생각보다 넓었지만 숙소는 정말 깔끔하고 좋았습니다. 리셉션이 바와 같이있어서 좀 당황했는데 직원분들이 친절하게 잘 안내해 주셨습니다.

Such a gorgeous place to stay! Book breakfast in advance or it's very expensive. Their in-room hygiene products are excellent and smell so good! Great place.

I had the best experience at Ruby Ella. The staff was lovely and so helpful. I loved the hotel. It was so modern and cool. I would totally recommend to any one and I will try to stay at their locations from here on out. It was a great experience.

Great location and helpful staff. Loved the jazz theme and their green initiatives such as no housekeeping in return for a free drink at the hotel bar. Room comfortable and clean too

Fun hotel with everything you need. Walkable to all attractions and underground stop on the corner. Lots of nice bars and restaurants close by. Excellent staff.

Great place, staff really friendly. Nicely situated in the city, easy to drop the car and walk to visit and going to restaurant. A very nice place to stay.

The property was decorated with modern yet classic decor. It was clean and inviting. There was technically no front desk and it was self check in and check out. The bar served as the front desk, the staff were nice and very helpful. No phone to call them, so when we needed our safe reset and needed clean towels we had to go downstairs to speak with someone at the bar. The AC was weak but I believe that it the norm in Germany. I tried to take colder showers to cool off but the temperature would automate to something warmer. Despite these few things we enjoyed our stay. The reception area was kind of small but it did the job. It was convenient to transportation and shopping with a really cool neighborhood convenience store a few doors away. the property was different which also made it kind of fun.
