The most noticeable about this hotel is the friendliness of the reception personnel. Enter the hotel, be greeted with a friendly smile and "just wait a moment" as they were serving another guess trying hard and quit successful to speak in his mother tongue (French). Check in quickly, asked for a room not facing the train station and got one on the 10th floor. Today checking out another very friendly person. Entrance to the hotel is straight line walking a cross the Brenzlauer Platz, about 100 m. Two small downsides: The mattress of the bed should be renewed and replaced with a harder one. And their was some disturbing noise (I am sensitive to noise, in particular at night) from either the compressor or larger blower of some air-conditioning (mine AC was switched off). Summary: very convenient location, very friendly staff, at reasonable pricing. Would go there again any time.

Just location. Anything else is under average. Small rooms, smell in corridors, bath appliances need renovation, etc.

Great location as it is only 1 min walk to the station. Love the service and the room as well. Good for short term stays. Would definitely come back here again!

They should change all their bed mattresses as they are old and cause very bad back pain. We told them about this issue, but they did nothing to solve it.

Excellent location, opp Central station. Staff friendly and attentive. Room is clean. Enjoy my stay. Only comment is toilet is small and the sink needs to change. Will return in future.

Lousiest Hotel in Europe. We’ve been around in Europe for one month and the last stop, Wyndham Cologne Hotel, is the worst in terms of service and facilities. The toilet cover is broken, they put only one set of towel. The hand soap and shower gel is used up and nothing left. I don’t know why their housekeeping standard is very low. When we check out, we can’t even left the luggage at the hotel for awhile as we want to go shopping around before we take train and they said it’s because of security concern they can’t keep the luggages. This is the first hotel in Europe where we can’t leave luggage for awhile. The only thing good at Wyndham is location which is very closed to the central train station. Definitely not recommended.

The hotel is very cautious about security. Before entering, need to press doorbell then the staff will allow you to enter. Also, need to use hotel card to enter into residential area. Impressive to have a small balcony & bathtub in a small room.

The room is ok if you don't need to work with computer or similar, just for sleep, the floor not too much clean. Near to Central Station, can walk to city centre. Need to pay extra fee "city tax", didn't know about that... Surprised me... Generally bad review.

地理位置非常優越，過馬路就到主火，設施設備比較陳舊，尤其地毯很臟的感覺，總體衞生狀況良好，還是一個不錯的選擇。

之前看到北京有個温德姆是五星酒店以為這個酒店不錯就訂了，位置確實很好就在科隆車站廣場邊上，過了馬路就到，前台姑娘服務也很好，非常熱情。房間小的可憐，床幾乎翻不了身，酒店裝修年代久了，衞生感覺一般但不是臟，可能設施老舊的原因，電梯很小，稍微大點行李箱那電梯就衹能容納一人了。酒店旁邊就是科隆大教堂，再隔壁就是商業區，購物餐飲都方便。訂房時沒注意沒選早餐後來單獨購買了，早餐品類還行。
