單人間比想象的小 但是總體還算滿意 離車站和湖邊都很近 前台的服務態度好 早餐也很豐富！很好吃！唯一美中不足的就是第二天晚上wifi一直開始連不上了，就沒有辦法使用網絡。

I stayed at Hotel Lago di Como for weekend getaway, and the experience was truly peaceful. The moment I walked into the lobby, I was greeted with warmth and genuine smiles from the staff. The room had a modern design, with a beautiful balcony that offered a partial view of the lake. One evening, after a long day of exploring, I decided to have dinner at the hotel's restaurant. The food was well prepared and flavorful, though the service was a bit slow, likely because the restaurant was quite busy. The highlight, however, was the location. It’s perfectly situated for long walks by the lake or a short drive to nearby towns.

As soon as we entered the hotel we were greeted by friendly reception staff who made us feel very welcome. Our room on the 2nd floor was clean, the bed was very comfortable and the shower was hot and powerful. It was cleaned daily. We enjoyed the food, tasty, filling and varied. We were pleased to use our wine tasting quota over several evenings. All in all an enjoyable, lovely experience that we’re happy to recommend.

Extremely disappointing, absolutely not a four star hotel. Our room was bleak, no view just a brick wall. A very busy road day and night close by. Certainly cannot recommend. We were cold, there wasn't even a warm towel rail. We asked if they could put the heating on but were told it was too early. It had been raining for most of our stay so we had wet clothes we were unable to dry.

Good location. Close to rail station and lakeside. Quiet. Beds comfy. Shower great. Good size room. We had nice mountain views. Colico is quiet and beautiful this time of year. Great walking, cycling, boat runs 3 times p day but hop on train (very cheap) to Varenna for more frequent services. Scenic 90 min rail journey to Milan. Our deal included 3 free glasses of wine, welcome cocktail and half board. Seemed good value to me. Evening meal varied from pretty good to poor (ate out a few times). Breakfast ok. Take eye masks as fire detectors flash on the ceiling all night. We had a terrace but fumes from the next property wafted over it (got a few insect bites due to foliage on terrace). Enjoyed our time there.
