I've been to Turkey 4 times. This was the worst hotel of them all. The rooms were dirty, the pool area were never cleaned under a whole week. The staff in the reception is so unhelpful and extremely rude. No sense of service. Completely useless. They want to charge you for everything, for example to use a scale for your luggage. We had bugs on or bed crawling everywhere and couldn't change the room until the next day. We slept with the bugs and got bitten. We had no soap when we arrived in the bathroom. We also had a little baby and we needed a microwave for his formula. They said they didn't have any microwaves not even in the kitchen. Then TUI talked to them and they said they have microwaves so we went to the reception and asked for one and guess what. They didn't have any.... They didn't have any entertainment at all!? It was SO boring. The hotel was full with Poles (poland) and Russians. Everything was tailored for them and they are very aggressive and rude people that thinks they can leave a sunbed for hours without a towel on and still thinking that the sunbed can't be taken by any other one. The Russians however were kind!

Loved every minute of it the staff was lovely and liked having a laugh always asking if we was ok hotel was clean children love it staff was also helpful when children needed something defo would go again 😀

I am very pleased with my stay at the Orfeus hotel. I am not demanding or picky, so it was great for me. The service is very nice and friendly. The food was varied and very good, I think that everyone will find something for themselves there. I wonder why the hotel has so many negative opinions. The truth is that if someone wants to find fault with something, they will do so. I am very pleased. Every day something happens, fun for children and adults all day long. Greatly organized time. I will certainly recommend this hotel to others and I will gladly return to it.

Well what too say its a shame for the hotel realy as its a beautifull hotel ok a bit dated but beautiful but thats it there realy is not another reason to experience this hotel you get greated by staff at reception that seem stressed recentfull and completly out of there confort zone especially the reception manager who gets angry and confrontational at any simple question at check in there was no reservation for me it cost me 100 euro to stay a night in a hotel I already payed for and as I said the manager St reception has 0 customer relation skills and we found this out the more and more problems we experienced problem one the food is horrible and worst repeated every day aimed maybe at Russians as the hotel is filled with mainly Russians the rooms are not cleaned daily and mine was not cleaned for first 3 days no towels nothing after the 3rd day we complained and again same reception manager showed his inadequacy to his job shouting and arguing refusing to get the general manager for me I QUOTE IM THE MANAGER the entertainment was barely provided with one singer and one synchronised swimming show in 7 days but dont think you can raise any complaints at all here the management is poor the other staff work hard in a impossible situation I feel for them all in all for a budget hotel still is not worth money change management in kitchen too and maybe you stand a chance and be carefully the good reviews are there beacuse waiters ask in your first few days to do for them

This hotel I have the misfortune to visit must be the worst in turkey, I go away approximately three times a year for the last 38yrs and this as got to be the worst hotel. The first impression were ok, but unfortunately it went down hill from there, not sure how it gets good reviews at all. The staff are so unwelcoming unfriendly. maybe we are not wanted there? The hotel is A little out dated , but adequate, the food is disgusting and I'm not a fuzzy eater, I would certain look at the chef , restaurant manager if he thinks the food is adequate!!! The cleaning of the rooms and area are not sufficient. The beer is good for turkey And there entertain , but it a cheap budget hotel, if you pay little and i mean little it may be for you.

Absolutely a dump stay away The staff need replacing rude, aggressive towards customers , who have paid good money to stay there if they are letting people stay the dump of a hotel they should expect criticism give guest the quailty and service they should expect from a four star then you would not have a problem. The room cleaning is not daily , the food is not editable, I spent my well-earned cash eating out.a one star would be very generous , The good reviews are false I travel abroad 4 times per year and never experience this and don't want to agaim

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

Good points hotel is pretty and rooms are as expected for 4 star bad points the food is terrible and does not change daily the food made my wife ill you ask chef or manager if food changes you are met with anger and roodness they must get a lot complaints from there reaction to a point 1 member of staff squared up too me overall I rate this hotel 2 star at best improvements they need staff training and a new head chef
