Şaka gibi bir 5 yıldızlı otel daha otele girerken güvenlikte sıkıntı başladı valizlerimizi alıp giriş yapacağız güvenliğe anlatmamıza rağmen ısrarla kaba bir tavırla otel sahibinin geleceğini aracı hemen otel önünden kaldırmamız gerektiğini söyledi.Valeye vermek istediğimizde aracın modelli olduğunu sorumluluk almak istemediğini söyledi otopark deseniz toz toprak için otele 600 metre uzaklıkta saçma sapan bir yer 😄 otel yönetimini gerçekten tebrik ediyorum maliyetleri azaltmak için ellerinden geleni yapmışlar o tek kullanımlık duş jeli şişeleri içindeki menşei belli olmayan alkol gerçekten zeka ürünü.örneğin rakı yerine anason aromalı likör viski yerine turunç aromalı malt likör veriyorlar.Otelin kaba çalışanlardan bi su rica ediyorsunuz servis yapmak yerine yanlarına çağırıp elinize tutuşturuyorlar.Sabah kahvaltı için masa arıyorsunuz bütün masalar pislik için temizlensin diye rica ediyorsunuz yardımcı olmak yerine yine kaba bir tavırla kendi bölgesi olmadığını yardımcı olamayacağını söyleyen bir garsonla karşılaşıyorsunuz.Ailecek güzel bir haftasonu geçirelim diye geldik hevesimiz kursağımızda kaldı.Gerçekten bu kadar güzel bir mevki bu kadar kötü değerlendirilebilir tebrikler.Kısacası siz siz olun sakın tercih etmeyin.

The staff at this hotel are excellent and very helpful, some struggle with English but do their best nevertheless, a few words of Turkish go a very long way! We were really put off after we read some reviews but are happy we ignored them. It should be noted this hotel is owner operated and not some soulless corporate monolith, consequently the service is excellent as is the hygiene and general chilled out vibe. Free Wi-Fi in the lobby and around the pool otherwise €2 a day. Fresh made and filled flatbreads yum! Mainly German clientele but in my experience these guys do not tolerate substandard and if you make conversation they are excellent company.

Top marks to the Cleaning team. The hotel is immaculate. On arrival we were told our room was not good...( I said is it bad then???) A view of a giant pillar and a round dome. No balcony. We were shown two better rooms ... We unfortunately chose the wrong one ( shower curtain...dreadfull sticks to you) View of car park. Lobby bar staff very rude. Beach bar staff were brilliant ( didn't need to ask for drinks..waiting ready for you. ) Downside the hotel caters for German..menus in German. No English notice board. No English writing in bathroom. No dedicated areas for smoking and the Germans like to smoke!! They do not believe in queuing either. People on reception very very rude especially the female with the black eye. Okey ( doorman slams the door in your face if he doesn't get a tip!! We had to pay for upgrade of room. We had to pay for WiFi despite first choice advertising free WiFi. Private mini bus outside hotel ( as advertised by hotel) You have to pay. And it's down the road. Beware of staff especially pool bar females who ask for a note as they will give you lots of change but will short change you! Pool barmen ok. Sadly food not always hot. Barbers/ hairdresser very reasonably priced. Cleaners constantly cleaning. Big thank you to Mezah in restaurant for looking after us. Thank you to the omelette lady. ( older lady)
