This hotel is a long way off 5 star quality. Reception on arrival was not welcoming, gave us no information about the hotel. Food selection is not great, what they do have is fresh and nice but limited choice, very disappointing breakfast selection - the hot buffet at breakfast consisted of eggs or chips. Pool is very small, although a lot of people go to the large beach area that joins the back of the hotel which is nice. Our twin room was very small with a small balcony and walls are so thin we were kept awake with neighbours snoring and the noise from the lift that we were 3 rooms away from. Majority of staff do not speak English, bar staff are rude and unhelpful. Very small selection of alcoholic drinks for a 5 star all inclusive and they run out quickly. Very limited evening entertainment, what we did have was ok but competing with the louder music in hotels either side of us. We had a few problems around the pool area one day with the staff taking away our parasols and trying to make us move which we could not resolve with the language barrier, and with no manager available on site luckily the bell boy was able to come and translate for us to resolve the problem. The lovely weather, nice beach area and the evening walks to the shops made our holiday enjoyable but I would never return to this hotel, it's not 5 star quality

A very small family room. I visited with my dad. The room was very small as for family room we paid €2200 and expected more room for two of us. Food was ok not amazing, I would say an average variety of meat, plenty salads and cakes. They served only 5 different cocktails and no snacks available at all. The most I was disappointed was the size of the complex overall, nothing like on the pictures, very sad and not money worthy. In town they told us that this hotel is one of the worst. Ohh well.. glad we are here for only 7days. Cats everywhere but we don’t mind, better than rats around!!

So a year on from my last visit, and even better experience than the last time! Forget all the negative reviews, my second stay and will be returning. Attentive staff, plenty of food, clean surroundings and an upgrade for less than 10 euro a night extra. Yes, plenty of Germans, elderly Germans......but also French, Brits, Polish and Russian. Pool bar area was being refurbished ready for the season to start, limited off season entertainment, but staff did make the effort.

Hotel was great beach stunning Food turkish german but i ate very well Drinks typical all inclusive with choice 5 cocktails Staff all really good helpful Pool really nice area Rooms are all good plenty space fridge restocked water and juices Fresh towels an cleaned daily Nice play area for kids and a nice walk over bridge along promenade One problem i had with garden snack bar chef Was extremely rude to me i mean very rude. DO NOT BOOK TOURS FROM KADIR REP II was unable to go a trip due to health reason. DO NOT GET A REFUND AND ARE EXPENSIVE All else was really good. Yes i would recommend and i would return. An the cats did not bother anyone and were not an issue

Excellent hotel based near shops buses we stayed in this area twice now but highly recommend this hotel... staff so friendly specially wee fella Batuham he does entertainment music an works in hotel wus so friendly an excellent in his job role made us feel very welcome very friendly an good manners great fella..plus a wee man wth grey hair in the restaurant I can't mind his name he wus so friendly an well mannered hardwrker too friendly staff makes an hotel work wer had a great week plenty to do we went all inclusive well worth it...will be back to this hotel for sure thankyou to all staff xx

I’m there now Tried to email them but says recipient not found ! Cats everywhere .. in restaurants noooo room small and cramped .. nice staff and food ok no English here only us wanted to approach seher hotels but no joy so hope thru take notice of this . Help us change room please !!

The hotel was clean, but needed some TLC . The indoor swimming pool in particular was very run down and grimy, with the last pool temperature being recorded was April 2022. It was difficult to communicate with the staff as theirunderstanding of the English language was very limited. There was only 1 member of staff, a customer relations lady who spoke and understood reasonably good English. The hotel was very much geared towards German guests. The food was mediocre and very often below acceptable temperature and unfortunately myself and my adult son got food poisoning although when reported it was dismissed by reception saying no other cases were reported. Found the bar staff initially friendly but certainly didn't know how to serve a decent wine or mix a cocktail!

Can't fault the hotel. Room was pleasant with comfortable beds. Maid service every day. Fridge stocked with free soft drinks. Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. So much food! So many different options daily. Fantastic!. Nice pool area and beach. My only criticism was that the Indoor pool was a little disappointing, smelled of damp and wasn't very warm. Spa rooms were lovely and would recommend having a massage, felt wonderful afterwards. Had my hair cut, coloured and dried at the hotel hairdressers, highly recommend them. Very friendly and helpful, wish I could take the hairdresser home with me. Also had my eyebrows done, very, very pleased with them, although a little painful. We booked 2 trips. First to the market, followed by a boat trip with lunch. It was ok but nothing special. The second trip was the 4 in 1 combo. What an amazing day out, so much fun. Zip line, off road buggy riding across country. Very wet and muddy, such a laugh. Followed by riding off road in the monster truck, hilarious. Then trip into the mountains sightseeing and lunch afterwards. Highly recommend this trip. Brilliant day out. It's a lovely place to relax, unwind and treat yourself with pampering.
