Royal Atlantis Spa & Resort

I had a very pleasant stay at the Royal Atlantis Hotel! The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the daytime entertainers were absolutely amazing – always cheerful and full of energy. A small downside: the evening shows start quite late (at 10 PM). It would be nicer if they started around 9:30 PM. Also, the food could use a bit more variety. Overall, though, it was a great experience and I would recommend this hotel for a fun and relaxing vacation! 🌞

Just returned from a week break and our first time trying Turkey. Arrived late at night 11.30pm and checked in quickly with no waiting. The restaurant is open all night which is great and allowed us to get some food and drinks after a long day. I lost my suitcase as the transfer put it back on the coach. The hotel did all they could and i had it back 12 hours later. Rooms on arrival were good but needed a bit of care. Door handle was hanging off in the bathroom and balcony very small however it was not bad at all for 5 of us. The rooms were spacious with a nice bathroom. The hotel is beautful and kept very well and always immaculately clean. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly and despite some not having great english they did their best. As it was my wifes birthday on day 2 they really went the extra mile with the restaurant table having flowers and a cake and wine in the room along with organising flowers. My wife had a treatment in the spa and said it was the best she has ever had and very reasonably priced. The use of the indoor pool was good to get out of the hot sun for an hour each day. Outside there are 2 good size pools with swim up bars that were fairly quiet and you never have to wait long for a drink.I will say without doubt the food and drinks at this hotel are absolutley outstanding. If anybody says otherwise then they are wrong or just trying to find fault. So much choice with food each night and presented with care. Lunch and breakfast all have plenty of choice and there is a great atmsophere in there. It was tasty and we were spoilt for choice everynight with so many different options. There wasnt a single night where anything was bad and by far the best of any all inclusive we have been too. The cocktails made with real alcohol and plenty of choice. The kids enjoyed the waffle house and beach bar which offered something a bit different for lunch times, however we were dissapointed we couldnt book the ala carte as they were always full. The pools are kept well and enterntainment during the day excellent. We felt the entertainment at night was a bit average but there was always something going on. The hotel has a beautiful private beach with plenty of sun loungers. This was one thing that there was always plenty of with no running or fighting for any loungers. Even at 8.30am there was space. Outside the hotel is markets selling clothes and a couple of bars to get drinks. The gentleman in charge at reception was a gent and extremely helpful in regaining my lost suitcase but always friendly and approachable and always smiled. The only thing that let this holiday down for me was the standard of air con in the hotel. Reception was cool but other corridors and areas too warm. It was44 degrees which cant be helped and not the hotels fault. If you want an excellent holiday and value for money in turkey look no further. It’s our first time in Turkey and we really liked this hotel. We were here with our family, the staff was friendly and always helpful. We were traveling with a baby, and they always prepared food for him when we asked. We will definitely come back again. Our room was allways clean . Beach was beautiful. There is so much pool and bench activities for adulds and childrens also. Thanks for everthing .

Had an amazing time at Royal Atlantis Spa and Resort particularly when we went to the Water Gym with Mona she was amazing beautiful girl inside and out! She was super friendly and always chatted to us! Thank you Mona you made our holiday so special

Amazing hotel. Very very clean, amazing hotel, from food to entertainment. Pool Bar staff saamet, very polite and friendly , credit to the hotel. Mohammad excellent on the roller blades always liking after us, but most of all, mona is a credit to have on the team of the animation, we so yoga in the mornings, she is such a beautiful person inside and out. A pleasure to have working here at this hotel. Very kind and friendly. All the entertainment team including the manger make such a great effort to make our family of 5 have a great holiday

We had a lovely holiday at the Royal Atlantis spa and resort hotel. The hotel has a lot of positives and some negatives. Staff were all really friendly and looked after us. Hotel is beautiful. Plenty of space around the pool. Very clean. Beautiful beach. Beautiful view on way to beach. Beautiful gardens very well maintained. Drinks were great cocktails very good. Lady in pool bar worked very hard, thank you. Coffee was beautiful. The a la cart resaurants were nice, thank you. The beach bar food was ok but very inconsistent, also some of our family were half hr finished when more food would arrive, sometimes everyone was finished and still one person got no food. The main restaurant was disappointing because the food unfortunately was not to our taste, a lot of stews, not too warm, very disappointing, yes you could find something to eat, a lot of time eating it for sake of eating but not enjoying it. Deserts were presented lovely but again not to our taste, like rubber and everything was set hard full of gelatine. Our balcony was tiny our room was small, but manageable and the room was cleaned daily thank you but the smell from the bathroom drain was constantly horrible. There was no shower tray so the water flowed through bathroom out into hall, and the bathroom was desperately slippery. Waffel bar was nice, opened in late afternoon. The pool staff started moving loungers after 6 and moved us off about 25 minutes before pool closed which was a pity as it was not too hot and our favourite time of evening. We found the darts guy very loud and the shouting jump the pool very overbearing especially trowing the shoes into pool after the person jumped. Children were jumping from chairs into the pool and chairs falling into water, unfortunately no life guard stopped it. People smoking in the non smoking areas of restaurant were never addressed by staff. A lovely hotel but unfortunately not for us mainly because of the food.
