Rooms were neat and clean, less noise, good ambience. Worth staying. I would give 4. 5 star out off 5. Accessible to all areas.

It was a wonderful experience! the hotel was a clean and calm. The rooms were immaculately maintained, and the atmosphere was peaceful and serene. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail and the friendly staff who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. If you're looking for a relaxing getaway, i highly recommend hotel grand palace 5 stars

Decent stay. Restaurants are nearby. Reception staff are helpful. Downside is as it is cloudy and because of solar water heater, we didn't get hot water in bathroom

The condition of room was not good. Room smell so dirty and even towels, bedding was not clean and smelling disgusting. Toilet was also out of order. Overall very bad experience staying here.
