Breakfast was great. Kids were disappointed the pool needed to be emptied and cleaned while we were there, but totally understandable and the staff was friendly about it.

I sent you a email about the hotel. Absolutely no maid service. I was not notified of the swimming pool being closed until I had registered and was walking away from check in desk. 4 days without a pool . I was upset but the reservation was non refundable. Also when I asked for towels a big deal was made about it . The guy on duty was rude and ignorant. He then shoved

Staff was excellent & accommodating from the jump. Rooms were so quiet & cozy. Beds were great! Bfast was typical hotel bfast, but the dining area was clean w/ welcoming staff.

Beds were very comfortable, everyone had a smile. Very clean. Nice variety for breakfast. Waffles, eggs, sausage, buscuits gravy, ceareal, oatmeal, fruit, yogert.

Our heater/ac didn’t work at all. The room was boiling hot and the window only opened two inches. We barely slept cause we opened the window and all the noise from the highway was loud …. Between the extra hot room and the road noise it was not at all a restful night. We left to get on the road again exhausted

The room is large and clean. The staff are friendly. It is also close to many shopping plaza and downtown Coeur D'Alene. Convenient place to stay.

Nice quiet stay got much needed rest during my cross country drive to Washington from the east coast. Only negative was there was a big orange stain on the sitting area carpet other than that i enjoyed my stay.

Facilities were great, new and clean. Some remodeling was going on in the lobby area. But my room was excellent. The receptionists were very helpful and friendly.
