The top level is living room and kitchen dining room area. There is a deck on the upper level with amazing views. A queen size Murphy bed is also available on the upper level. The lower level is bedrooms with a patio and laundry. Each bedroom has their own bathroom and patio entrance. The beds are King size, and the rooms are beautifully decorated. Basic needs are covered including dishes utensils coffee maker toaster oven laundry Direct TV ironing board and BBQ grill (propane provided). View!
A nice condo with a beautiful view. We had plenty of room for the three of us. Nice sized bedrooms with en suite baths. The 1/2 bath upstairs was a nice feature. We used the bbq and the stove and oven and they worked fine. There were also a few spices and olive oil in the cabinet and several pans. Lake Powell is really low right now, but the view is still really pretty.
The description of the home is accurate. The decor is a bit tired and outdated but it didn’t bother us. In retrospect I should have brought my Apple TV dongle to make watching the master bedroom tv easier. The owners were going to come out and help us set up the tv but we just watched our IPad. The tv in the front room is awkwardly low on the wall because of a window but not a big deal. So happy we stayed here instead of a hotel!

Perfect location
This place is the perfect location to enjoy all the area has to offer. The neighborhood is quiet, the place was clean and the beds were comfortable. This place is very well stocked with all the conveniences from home. Highly recommend.
