This was without a doubt the worst place we have ever stayed. We were not sent any info regarding check in. When we arrived we called Tremont Oaks and they directed us to lock boxes in the hallway. The combination did not work, and we were 45 minutes on the front steps waiting for someone to let us in. There were alarms going off in the apartment every day, the temperature in our apartment was 80 degrees during our 4 day visit, and they made no attempt to repair or offer us another room. The kitchen is not properly equipped, 1 cup, 1 fork, no dish clothes, no soap! My toiletries bag was stolen. The apartment was basically clean, but the hallway and outside were not very nice. It was close to the city and in a safe neighborhood, but that is about all we can say that is positive.
