Location was great, room was surprisingly smaller than expected after staying at other Le Meridien locations around the world, but still comfortable.
Service was wonderful. Food and beverage specifically were great throughout the morning and night.

Room was comfortable but dark, which is good for sleeping but difficult for getting ready for a dinner. Could use an area with better lighting for makeup. Could also use a full length mirror in standard rooms.

Loved it here! The rooms were so nice & clean once we got there. Parking was not bad at all, and it was in a very nice quiet area.

The parking is not ideal. We paid for 2 days of parking and when we tried to leave to go to dinner we went to both exits and neither one took the barcode from the receipt showing we paid for 2 days nor did it take our room key. We had to pay again to get out and then pay again to get back in after dinner. It was very frustrating; however, the front desk said they would refund those 2 additional payments and as of 24 hours later I still do not see the refund.

I was very disappointed to learn there was no microwave OR refrigerator in the room! I’m not sure if this is something new that all hotel are doing but it caused me to waste a lot food. Also, I informed the front desk of the broken soap dispenser in the shower. The woman at the desk said she would send housekeeping up to fix or replace it but that never happened. I will never stay here again.

This hotel is old, tired and offers tiny rooms with bathrooms barely larger than a commercial airline and odors reminiscent of a nursing home or glade gel factory. We ended up having to switch rooms multiple times. They did offer us a credit as a result but that was eaten up by bogus parking charges. I’d strongly recommend looking elsewhere as this is not up to the standards that they advertise. Tiny rooms with tiny bathroom, odors and short scratchy robes with towels that don’t absorb water. Other than that it was ok.

The room was awesome, very large, spacious, great view, but the lighting in the room and the bathroom is horrible, only lamps in the room, just makes it so dark and you need to have all the lamps on.
