The staff was extremely attentive, professional and friendly. The hotel is super clean and in a perfect location in Cixi. I will stay there anytime I come back to visit.

Rooms were hot, hot HOT!! I wish they’d put a window in or something to stop us from propping the corridor door open at night. We paid for the room which gives access to the lounge. Lounge had great food and drinks of the first night - I wa impressed. They then closed the lounge on our second night and opted to give us a takeaway box which was no where near the value of paying for the executive room. Luckily, the hotel agreed to give us a refund for our remaining nights and we went to a different hotel. I think in Normal times - when covid is well and truly finished - this hotel would get a revisit. Staff were friendly and like I said, lounge served some good food.

新開業，**入的“坑”。清明入住2晚的感受如下： 辦理入住： 下午2點到酒店，酒店房間還在打掃，需要等一段時間才有房入住。前台引導先出去玩再回來入住，可是開車到了酒店不能立馬到房間休整下，體驗很不好。 房間： 面積不算很大，2邊牀頭櫃的插座都是歪的（看評論，其他房間也是）！ 迷你吧，就是2瓶小飲料。 被子不是很暖和，動一動嘩嘩響。 睡到半夜突然被驚醒，房間的燈突然全亮，電視窗簾全部打開。來來回回好幾次，非常影響睡眠。看評論其他房間也是，難道是酒店反反覆覆跳閘？ 洗衣房：6樓健身房裡麪，總共3套洗衣機烘乾機一體的。不知道誰洗衣服沒掏乾淨口袋，2個洗衣機裏都是衞生紙紙屑。 早餐4樓： 首先我們是一大一小2人，門口服務員居然問小孩買了早餐券沒。 然後就見到有人來抱怨根本沒有位置坐，怎麼吃早飯？等我們進去轉悠了好幾圈，才等到座位。 最關鍵的是，門口的服務員，你去抱怨，人家完全不理會，不回覆也不正眼看你，工作職責僅限於登記下房間號，這服務態度也是可以的。 早餐人太多，工作人員忙忙碌碌，但餐具還是來不及補。吃個布丁，等了好久的小勺子…… 酸奶我們沒拿，但是有人説酸奶沒有吸管，有個男工作人員卻回覆到“酸奶都沒了，還要吸管” 有點混亂！建議多加強員工培訓吧！ 優點： 房間每日4瓶水。 房間裏有取電備用卡，所以不用插房卡。 和隔壁御海雅寓是一個老闆，房間裏有洗衣機，價格也更便宜。 所以御海君瀾價格疑問：雖然是新開的酒店，299還衹是開業福利價，但這價格在周邊真的有競爭力？還是衹是開業在割韭菜？日後的價格，大家再看吧。
