La experiencia fue horrible , el hotel no tiene ni lo más básico , empezando por la persona que atiende cuando llegamos tenía una mascarilla en la cara así nos recibió y con toda la flojera del mundo , no consigues ni una botella de agua ni un café dentro del hotel , no hay un bote de basura , un area donde te puedas sentar cómodamente , la atención es nula , creo que se molestan porque llegas ! La limpieza nula , no te ofrece nada , el aire acondicionado no enfría la habitación , no hicieron el aseo durante nuestra estadía ! Tuvimos Que pedir escoba y recogedor para limpiar porque no existe para ellos la limpieza y atención am huésped ! Fatal todo! no lo recomiendo
