My room was clean and spacious and was cleaned exquisitely on each day of my stay. The view from my window was onto the grand square and was fantastic I was provided with a greeting gift on my arrival. The bathroom was superb. The wifi was excellent. The restaurant is fantastic and so spacious with huge windows providing a view onto the square where the cities people go exercising in the early morning and at sunset. The choice of food for breakfast was many , varied with all fresh and perfectly prepared and wonderfully presented. The staff at this hotel were the kindest, most attentive and helpful as I've ever met. I hope I'll get the opportunity to stay at this hotel again. Paul Clarke

Sojo Hotel Bac Giant is a very great place for travelers. The receptionist are very nice a helpful. The location is also a walking distance from the cafes and museum.

If I say it is the most beautiful and cheapest hotel in Hanoi. There is no harm in it.Breakfast is included in this but it is not a good breakfast for vegetarians.Apart from this, the swimming pool, bar and gym of the hotel are very beautiful.The hotel staff is very cooperative and very nice.

But I am a gentleman who doesn't like this and didn't go to experience it.
