The service is not so great, very thin walls, anything was said next door you could hear it. Since pets are allowed here the carpet is dirty, and they need to br updated. Tbe beds are bad, stayed 2 night, not able to sleep well at all. I don't recommend this hotel if you need to rest, and have a pleasant stay.

The room was ok and quiet. Newly renovated, most of the facilities are still new, there are various restaurants nearby, breakfast is OK. Parking spaces are not particularly good, but free parking.

Self-driving parking is very convenient, the hotel is very good, we arrived at night, directly handled the check-in, the hotel front desk staff is very nice, check in and check out are very convenient!

Everything was great. Only one thing. I Was not crazy about the lobby doors not needing a key to get in during the night. Anyone can just walk into the building. Which I thought was dangerous especially because there is no one in the lobby working after 11 pm.

We booked a two-bed room with a sofa bed, which was pretty good. There is Macy's nearby, although the merchandise is limited and the styles are old. It is recommended to ask the front desk for a room with a better view. The front desk service is average.

Very Good
糖糖果龍The hotel is clean, staff are nice. The location is good which is close to Sawgrass Mills mall. However, there is no slippers, no cleansing products like toothpaste, toothbrush, etc provide，that’s a bit troublesome as I do not expect no such stuff and I arrived late at night, cannot buy either. The breakfast is not as good as expected, just few choices for the buffet.
