I quite like this hotel! The front desk also gave us a 1000yen/per coupon, and there was also a list of places where it could be used. We were worried that there was no place to eat in the remote area, so we just picked a restaurant that looked pretty good. It took a few minutes to drive there... You still need to take off your shoes for the tatami, and then an English-speaking waiter came out and gestured to say sorry, it was full... But there was obviously no one in the store, hahaha! I think it might be a reservation system. After a bow and sending us out, we could only rely on Lawson for dinner. I joked with the front desk, and then went to the restaurant bar to eat the dinner I bought at the convenience store. On the way, a staff member came and found several restaurants, gestured that he could help make a reservation by phone and we could go right away. But we were already full... haha! But the service attitude is really good... (The restaurant that I didn’t eat is the one in the picture, planting grass... leave it for next time)

There is a shuttle bus to the station, the hotel environment is comfortable, and it has a hot spring. The bathroom design is very similar to the hot spring environment, and you can enjoy the riverside view while taking a bath.

Japanese-style room, clean, spacious and comfortable. The two meals are rich and the fresh green tea tastes fragrant. In the morning, clothes can be changed, the service is intimate, and it is close to Tangquan. It would be better if you could open the window for ventilation.

The hotel is new and very good, just next to the public onsen, and they provide the private onsen for reservation which I think is a little bit pricy, 5500yen for 90 mins. My recommendation is use the public onsen outside that would be more traditional

We had a wonderful stay. Our room was an authentic stay. They provided great customer service, clothing was fun to wear and private onsen was a plus. I will return again and recommend to friends.

And remember to go to the front desk to reserve the open-air hot spring on the 3rd floor every day ♨️ There are yukatas to choose from on the first floor... only for girls! Hahaha, men wear bathrobes in the room! ! And the yukata is actually given to me every day! ! I thought it was one to wear to the end! ! great Obasan are very cute... English is better than me anyway... I strongly demanded that I speak Japanese... I can at least understand a little...😭 After check-in, I took the hot spring card... Get ready to soak your own stamps and books one by one! Comfortable! ! ! Soaking 3 times a day is almost the same...If you soak too much, you will get dehydrated! There is a bus at the gate when you arrive at Kinosaki Station...If you want to take a ride, you can take you to the hotel... But...this hotel...it didn't exist when you left...so please pray for it not to rain!

The hotel is about a 400-meter walking distance from JR Kinosaki Onsen Station. It is located in the center of Kinosaki Town. It is convenient to go to various hot spring tours and the Kinosaki Onsen Cable Car. You need to change your shoes and put on slippers in the hotel lobby, and you can also wear clogs when you leave the hotel. I arrived at the hotel at 11:30 that day. Although it was not check-in time, the staff had already arranged the rooms for all guests that day and moved my suitcase to the room first. When I officially checked in, an elderly lady introduced me to the use of the tatami room, how to wear a yukata, and what to pay attention to when taking a bath in the outdoor hot spring. The hotel also has a hot spring bathing area on the 1st floor. Overall, it was a good experience of traditional Japanese hot spring culture.
