MmoonglowI loved my stay here! The service is good and the staff are friendly. There's a small lounge area near the lobby of the hotel where you can access tea, coffee, sodas, beer, and some small snacks. My room was comfortable and spacious. The public bath was huge with 6 indoor pools of differing temperatures, an outdoor pool, and a sauna (or 2). The lounge at the bath area offers a vitamin c drink, isotonic drink, and popsicles. Meals were buffets with plenty to choose from and a couple of live stations. Food options leaned towards being western-influenced. 10/10 would stay again.

GGuest User今回北海道外回り1周旅行で滞在。お値段も安いので3泊予約。ここを中継基地にして知床・羅臼に翌日は阿寒湖・摩周湖巡りをしました。教員住宅をリフォームしたので当然古さはありますがそれなりに綺麗ですし台所には食器から調理器具まで完備、お風呂のシャワーの水圧も充分。トイレも洗浄機能付きです。観光ドライブ帰りには近所？の地元スーパーで海産物を翌日はジンギスカンと観光料金ではない適正な値段で買えてとても満足した食事も出来ました。豪華なホテルで美味しい食事や温泉を希望する方には向いてないと思いますが早起きすると静かで清々しい朝を散歩することもできます。朝食を取ってそれから200kmぐらいのドライブをして夕方には食材を買って帰りお風呂に入って夕飯、美味しいお酒も堪能できとても楽な旅となりました。a uの電波が入りにくいのですがブースターを貸してくれます。オーナーの方も優しくてとても良い思い出になりました。

CChanSamAlthough somebody may prefer higher-order accommodation, this hotel is very very great for me and my family.
Located just in front of JR Shiretoko Shari Station, it can be very convenient for me and my family to catch a train to somewhere else.
The other excellence of the hotel is that there is a convenience store just across the zebra line.
The hotel staff, from front desk receptionist to housekeepers, they all tried their best to answer my questions and make up my room.
The price of the hotel is quite reasonable. I stayed there for consecutively 8 nights, I found that the price if very very reasonable.

Kkenichiro kiyomizuIt's along the national highway, but it's very nice to be surrounded by forests. The sauna was also water-cool, but the thick bath next to it was the best. Bogey was my first experience, but by the time I went around for two weeks, I was working in a corner while spinning. Even at this time of year, it was cold at night, and I enjoyed the fluctuation of cooking firewood and watching the cup.
Miyakonojo City, Miyazaki Prefecture was humid, but it was the best without the humidity of Shari Town. Thank you. I will visit you again.

GGuest UserAbsolutely loved everything about this place! I stayed overnight with my friend and her family. Yuta (owner's son) and his mother went above and beyond to give us spectacular experience! Food was top quality, facility was extremely clean, Onsen water was so silky, delicious Gelato and good opportunity to try varieties of Japanese alcohol. This place made our visit to Hokkaido extra special. Thank you for taking good care of us and spending quality time with Matthew! He adores you!! ps. Ask Yuta to make Esther's secret menu: pistachio affragato 😀

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is located in the core area of Shiretoko, not far from the sea. The sea view room can see the port. The room is large, the breakfast is good, and there is even a pot for grilling meat. However, if you are arranged on the 6th floor, the room will be very hot because there is a hot spring on the 7th floor.

GGuest UserWe really enjoyed our stay here, it is very clean and comfortable, we thank a lot the owners for telling us about the jumping salmons of Sakura falls, recommending us an izakaya and driving us there.
We were only a bit surprised that towels are not included but they can be rent for a cheap price so it's a good environmental friendly initiative.

GGuest UserThis is a traditional and relaxing inn, and the hot springs are great too. Next time, I'd like to use Shiretoko Village as a base for my family. The cruise ship was canceled today, so I couldn't get on, but next time, I'll try again, and I'd like to stay here again.

GGuest UserThe Chief's House was a candidate I didn't book that day, but I accidentally experienced the life of the locals again. I went to Furano for 17 years and experienced it once. I had to make my own bed. This time I didn't need it, but my mother didn't like it, because the room didn't have a toilet, I had to go outside and no air conditioning. The water in the sink is rusty. I don’t pay much attention to the homestay. Because it is cheap, the quilt is thick and there is no air conditioning and it is not cold. The quadruple room I booked is really not enough to cover a layer. The biggest problem is water. I found an elderly home at the front desk and took me to another sink. It still doesn’t work. I am too lazy to do it, I bought 3 large bottles of water directly in the vending machine, which is enough. Its food is very local and delicious. Although hardware charity is not good, the boss and the proprietress are really good people. It is not convenient for me to go to kiki the next day. The proprietress sees me difficult and drives me up. It is really a good person and solves my urgent need.
