GGuest UserWhat a pleasant surprise place to stay in. The staff was really friendly and helpful. It is great location for restaurants and shopping and close enough to the train station and the airport. My favourite part was the beautiful presentation of the breakfast. Grazie mile

IIsmael MendoncaWe had a wonderful experience at the Winter Gardens Hotel. Every staff member I deal with, from the check-in to the cleaning staff were delightful and extremely helpful. The Restaurant waitress was helpful to explain the menu give some suggestion and eager to help! Thank you! Will recommend to everyone wants to have a good time and relax.

Very close (5-7 minute walk) to the Central Station and take Train or Bus. From here you can take bus no. 1 for Milan Bergamo Airport €2.60 ticket. See the program in the attached picture.

GGuest UserBooked for one night before an early flight home. Normally stay in the other Mercure in city centre but had a hire car this time. Hotel right beside main A4 motorway in an industrial area so you need a car. Room was very hot so we asked reception to turn the heating off as we couldn’t control it from inside the room. Couldn’t keep window open as it was too noisy and below our window was an outside area where other guest were smoking. Hotel fine for overnight before flight but if I were a tourist visiting the gorgeous city of Bergamo I would stay in the city centre.

TThomas K. LeeThis hotel is a gem that’s found in a city of Bergamo that the city itself is such a wonder of elegance and beauty of historic affluence. Certainly a very new hotel that has renovated much of adjacent abby building of acting cathedral. Ever staff is kind and sincere, trying their best for giving help to best guest experiences. Wish this hotel keeps that momentum and mindset.

RRUOXIThe location is 50m next to the old town square. Go out and turn left. In the core area of Bergamo, it is very convenient to come out early and take photos.
The downside is that cars cannot be reached directly, because the old town is prohibited and the car can be parked in a parking lot about 500m.

GGuest UserThis hotel was our most expensive but most disappointing.
Both nights (different rooms) were very noisy til the early hours of the morning. Although I had requested vegan options for breakfast there was only tomatoes & lettuce as savoury options. I asked on the first day for something the next but still no change.
We also requested twin beds but on the first night had a double bed.
On the positive side most staff were very good particularly Confort on reception.

Mmujii_22Nice place to stay, the architecture is a bit old for that, got room 666, I don't know if it was just a coincidence ~
No free drink! Which ****** since others give one. But the room is spacious and comfortable. The location is on a main road, which is a plus or minus. It was a minus for me since I heard the rage of Italian drivers when I had the window open.
Staff were great though! Still don't recommend for people on a budget! It's a nice 13 min walk from the station which is good.
