The breakfast was not bad, the hotel is a bit away from the exhibition, but the overall price/performance ratio is very good. No extra bed is allowed in the room, and there is a free parking lot for staying guests.

The room was nice, the service was good, and there was basically no problem communicating in English. It looked very close to the airport on the map, but it actually took a long time to walk when I turned on the navigation. Fortunately, there was a shuttle bus, which was very convenient. Attached is the timetable.

EErica CohnTwo stars because it is a nice hotel with comfortable beds. Thats about it. It is certainly not a five star hotel, which it purports to be. We arrived around 8pm and advised reception that we needed to leave for the airport at five am. At some point reception advises that the booking was for one person and they had to charge us for the second. I have never heard of this! So for the extra person for our 8 hour stay, they wanted €100! What the hell for? I looked on a booking sight and showed the receptionist that I could still book a room (which would come with a free bottle of wine) for two people for exactly what I paid. Receptionist kept saying that it would be more if i booked through the hotel. Lets follow the logic here. Why would i book directly through the hotel if the same room is less on a booking sight? The most irritating part is that she kept laughing inappropriately for some unknown reason. The male receptionist kept insisting that the € 100 was for the ”free” hot breakfast. We reminded him that we had to leave before breakfast was served. He assured us that there would be a cart full of food in the morning before we left. Long story short, that did not happen. There was a cart with coffee and a few pastries. But wait, there's more! The man at the reception in the morning told us that if we had asked, they would have made us breakfast. That would have been nice if it was ever suggested by reception at check in! A real five star hotel would have just taken the initiative to prepare the bagged breakfast for us given the conversation had the night before. I also enjoyed how the staff talked down to us insisting that a €100 per person euro fee is totally normal. Because I've never stayed in a hotel before! Thats sarcasm btw. Again, this certainly was not a five star experience. And just to compare apples to apples, we stayed at a four star hotel when we arrived in bologna 10 days earlier. It was 1/5 the cost, the staff much more accommodating and was just as comfortable and nice. So do yourself a favor and ignore the alleged five star rating and save your money and nerves by staying anywhere else.

KkikikeIt is just opposite the central station, which is very convenient. The room is relatively large and spacious. The overall style is old-fashioned, and the bathroom still has a bathtub, which is not very convenient for taking a bath, and the bath water splashes everywhere. There are relatively few sockets in the room, and there is no USB port commonly used now. It is very convenient to eat at the commercial street at the door, and it is not far to the twin towers of the Neptune fountain in the city center, about 1.2 kilometers. The hotel does not provide slippers and toothbrushes.

GGuest UserThey gave us a family room outside of the main building of the hotel. So, we exposed the voice coming from the street. The room was large enough but at the first glance we felt a little bit unsafe, but it was OK. However, there was a draft of cold air in the room that we could not locate, Croissants at the breakfast were the worst I have ever tasted. Please change your supplier. Stuff was kind and helpful.

My lower bunk was a young accountant in California. We chatted about life together. It was a very interesting experience. The room was also very quiet. AAnonymous UserOur room was not cleaned very well. On one of the towes there was lipstick from a previous guest. Many of the elements and details in the room were off or broken, which is not to be expected from a 4 star hotel. The windows had no nets to stop the flies. The person at the front desk asked me for a credit card for a deposit for the mini bar in the room. Although I told him I do not intend to use the mini bar, he insisted to provide a card in order to be able to check in and as I did not want to leave my card with anyone, he wrote down my card details. The room temperature can’t be controled and it was so hot, that at one point I woke up middle of the night and thought I had died and went in hell. There is nothing near the hotel so the only water you can buy is from the mini bar and it was extemely overpriced. The breakfast was pretty much the only thing on point as the waiters were very nice and polite! All in all, for the price which was the cheapest the hotel is an acceptable option in case you value your money and can close your eyes for a few things.

GGuest UserThe location although 7 km from the city center that seems near it is not! You have to walk 15-20 min to the nearest bus station and then there are only 2 buses running every hour to reach city center. If you miss the first one then you have to wait another 25 minutes for the second one!
If you are planning your trip on foot avoid this one. If you rent a car there is a parking lot outside in the courtyard of the hotel and several more just outside the hotel on the street. Both parking spots are in the open. Hotel offers a closed parking spot in its basement but on pay.
We had to change room the next day of our arrival as there was a noise coming out of the ventilation system. A supervisor came to inspect the room and after verifying our sayings offered us a room 2 floor down.
During our stay one of the three lift was out of order and it was a nightmare to come down in the morning during peak hours. All three days we were getting to lobby by stairs.

LLena VasileGreat hotel, very social :)) Clean, stylish, there is something to do without leaving it. It will be interesting for those who travel alone, because... There are activities, evening dances and more. For travelers from Russia with cash - keep in mind, cash free, which means you will not be able to pay the tourist tax or buy something in a bar without a card. Very close to the central station, literally a 5-minute walk, in the other direction from the center, but this was not a problem at all, there were several places nearby with espresso and food where you can pay in cash.

GGuest UserThey provide locks for your lockers which is super convenient, plus they have a terrace and hangout area for the guests. The two girls at the front desk when we arrived seemed annoyed with us, but other than that the service was excellent and everyone was very nice and accommodating. The newly hired girl who works the bar was super sweet!!!! I'd stay here again.
