The room is really nice however lacked facilities which they advertised like bath robes, slippers. Also, the toiletries felt like they are used and were not sealed. The place is really expensive for what they offer. Also the breakfast was a big let down. There was nothing fresh to offer, no fresh juice, no fresh fruits. I’d recommend to visit only if good deal is there and price is around 4k.

It was a good experience. They ve tried their best to give whatever facilities they have. Room size is quite satisfactory. Only location is little isolated

Staff behavior very good. We got quick support. Cleanliness is superb, food quality and taste is very good. Waterpark is planned so well. They took care of summer that they installed roofs on walking area. Being resort customer, we got 30% disc. On waterpark entry.

It was an alright stay for me, because amenities wasn't clean as per expected also no room service was available early in the morning when i need. Also the service provided by them was alright such as Bath towels and stuff, i book room for two and they provide us only one towel and no hand towel.
Overall, Location was good but the service provided by them was alright...
