The room and bathroom were not completely clean. We had to ask for towels and other necessary items like soap, sampoo, brush etc. As our room was close to the house keeping room it was very disturbing even at night. Breakfast was worst as there were very few veg options and the taste was also not good. butter which they provided for making bread butter was also expired. The outside view from our room was also very bad. I'm only giving a 3 star because whenever i call for room service and house keeping they immediately respond but i hope they could have done these things without asking for.

Actually as i'm regular guest of rialto i just want to remind that whenever we stay in hotel rialto laktokia, ghy, each and every-time we get horrible smell from bathroom which my wife sometime skip hotel rialto. So please note that because it's not only once but many time. Thank you

Basic amenities are not there like lift. It was mentioned premium city view rooms but rooms are very normal. Normal things like water kettle is available but for tea, sugar sachet you have to request. Glass is also not available. Renovation work going on so foods are also not available of the choice.

The hotel location is slightly different from usual transit points or tourist hotels, but convenient in the city to travel about. Room ambience is ok, little bit of old world charm, a small pool - hardly functional, food is good but service is little slow.

Well in the complimentary dinner, we werw just asked verbally what we want to eat without handing over the menu. Also we ordered dessert which we forgot to have our ice cream. We remembered while we came back to our room. The fun fact is that neither the food serving staff called nor the hotel staff reminded. Also the morning breakfast was served from 7:30, we went to eat at 8:15 am yet the breakfast was not placed in the food stations. Only cold stuff and some breads, cakes were there. Didnt like it at all

It was average. Our room ac was not working. After calling also there was no response. Firstly we were provided a room with 2 single bed but after complaining they change our room and provide us single king bed. But this way our time was wasted

GGuest UserClean and well located . Gentle and responsive staff.
Amenities seem old and dated ( position of shower knobs can’t be accessed unless you stand below shower) , had unfortunate incident of bathroom getting locked and unable to open and it was 2am typed . Staff did come and fix it within 5-7 minutes but was scary considering the hour.

Very comfortable stay. The staff were very welcoming and as i was from outside the state helped me with local taxis and even negotiated for me. The rooms were clean and maintained,

GGuest UserThe location of the hotel is convenient and well-situated. While the rooms were small, they were nicely decorated. The washrooms were also small, and the rooms either had just one window or, in some cases, no windows at all. The staff were excellent and extremely helpful throughout our stay. They assisted us even at odd hours, allowing us to step out at 2 am and facilitating a smooth check-out at 5 am. Both the check-in and check-out processes were seamless and hassle-free. However, i would not recommend ordering food from the hotel, as it is delivered from another hotel. The packaging, taste, and quality of the food were quite average. Additionally, i would not suggest including breakfast from this hotel. Overall, while the staff's hospitality was commendable, the small room size, lack of windows, and mediocre food quality made the overall experience just average.

GGuest UserStaying is good u get everything near by. Also it is connected with railway station, the mistake i did was booking with breakfast option. Breakfast doesn't have much options. So better not to take breakfast. You will get lotz of better options outside

GGuest UserThe Deluxe room was so small. Curtain Is so thin and cannot provide full Privacy. Rest the Room and Bathroom is clean. There was no bad small and no water problem. Good For one day stay.
