we stayed a night in Ibis Kulon Progo. The location is near new airport but sadly there’s no pool in here, if you want to swim you can swim at Novotel (same building with them) buy a voucher at front desk it costs IDR 50.000 per person.

The hotel counter is situated at the arrival hall. The staff accompanied me all the way to the hotel, which is at level 2 of the arrival hall. She even offered to help me with my wheeled luggage and did checking-in for me. Again she ccompanied all the way to my room which was the last room at the corridor. Very impressed by her customer service. As for the room it's quite decent, bed a bit low to me. There's stains on the sink. The water pressure is just nice, just that the room short of hair dryer. Good for overnight stay no need to wake up too early for the morning flight.
