If you go to Jogja, you always stay here because it's on a low budget. Location close to everywhere.
It's just the bathroom and AC, maybe they can be cleaned regularly.

Hotel was clean. Minibar was free, hotel location close to shop and tugu Yogyakarta station. Also when departure to airport train from tuğu Yogyakarta station.

It’s located between Malioboro plaza and mall. Good for shopping and export local as well as international brands, eg MacDonald, KFC, Starbucks. We stayed on level 5 and king suite and it was very spacious and comes with a sofa bed and a kitchen sink. The local front desk was helpful and got us a driver for the day.their breakfast is really good, we paid extras for both days. There are changes to the local section daily and the overall variety is well planned. There is also a small pool on the rooftop as well as bar and massage. We enjoyed our stay

IIgor123Excellent inexpensive hotel. Clean, there is Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning. Attention - there is no hot water. But in general the water in the shower is warm, both at night and during the day. - heat. Location - 4 minutes to the main street along a quiet narrow alley without cars, it is very convenient. They helped to find a driver who took us to Borobudur and Prambanan. The room is small. But the price is very small. The staff is nice and friendly. Every morning they bring a cup of tea to each room) there is no shampoo, but a small soap will be waiting in the room. For this little money - the hotel is excellent

The location is very close to Malioboro, only about 400 meters, but when you first came here, you checked GPS, entered from the side alley & walked around to people's houses.
The rooms are clean, the bathrooms are also really clean.
The employees are friendly, 24 hours ready. Also alert, when I got a room with AC that wasn't cold, I immediately moved.
Minus points:
There are no cupboards or hangers at all in the room, only in the bathroom. So it was a hassle because I stayed here for 5 nights, until everything was finally hung on the window.
The position of the AC is right next to the upper body, so it's not healthy because the wind hits the body directly.
Hot water using a solar water heater, only the first night the hot water came out, even though when I had a cold, I coughed up a fever, so I needed a hot shower, especially when I got back to the hotel at night, right? Complained, he said the hot water had been used up in another room. This means there aren't enough solar panels, obviously not enough if lots of people are using them.
Of the 5 nights, the room was only cleaned once, and even then you had to ask first.
Got a room directly next to the street, but the window directly to the street only had a blurry sticker on it, it should still have curtains too, because at night from outside you can still see shadows in the room, so there's less privacy.

For the price you pay, you can't get more centrally located, close to everything hotel then this.
Laundry service is cheap, quick, and friendly. total opposite to Diponegoro hotel in Surabaya.
Basic accomodation if you looking at your hotel as your destination.
I consider this hotel is a bargain for the price I pay.

AAround&AboutWe stayed 3 nights, the common areas were big enough also with a kitchenette available for guests. The area was silent but not the guesthouse, continue noise from other guests starting at 6am. The room was also spacious although very outdated and dusty. We asked for cleaning and the staff accomodated our request. The other main issues were the mosquitos which kept us awake most of the night together with the other guests' noise.

GGuest UserThe service is good, but we didn't put the sign ” Make up my room ” but the staff enter the room without our consent. We didn't request any new towels or whatever. And the toilet window style, a bit less privacy. We can see who in the toilet haha, we had to turn off the light for privacy. But if they were spouse maybe it's not a big deal. Overall, clean, comfort and nice place to stay!

杰杰丝Location is very near to Maliobromo street, easy to walk around. The entrance to the hotel is a bit narrow but the hotel will arrange to carry your bags . That was no lift in the hotel ,if you're old please choose ground floor for easy in and out
