"The hotel is about 10mins by grab from batam centre. If you’re planning to experience Golden go kart, cheap foods, ktv and a night market this is good for you. Bring enough cash for you because the area do not have money changer. The building is looks old but clean. Our room is spacious and clean. They manage to accommodate my request to have connecting room with 1 room twin bed and 1 room with large bed. My son’s enjoyed playing the billiards in the lobby, they charge it with 50,000 rupiah per hour. The breakfast they offer do not have much fancy choices but they taste delicious."

"We are newly married couple, so we have a short gateway from Singapore. We requested to have some special decorations on the bed and they did it, so lovely. They allow us to keep luggage before and after our check in timing. The receptionist is nice and friendly. Breakfast is order when you check in, given some choice and we choose American Breakfast, and surprisingly they have salad and dessert buffet as well. Food is quite okay. We book the spa (20% discount), they arrange us for couple room even we book different massage. Enjoyable spa time. The only bad things happen is the mosquitoes, as the lobby is open air space and when we waiting the registration and luggage storage, my husband get bitten more than 5 times. Thanks God we didn't open the door for long time, so nothing happened in our room. Location is near the Santorini, walking distance 7mins, got food near by there also."

"Lower your expectations. It is a budget hotel and don’t expect it as luxurious it can be. But things should at least working, e.g the shower head is tied with rubber band coz it broken. Floor is somehow clean except the underneath the bed, you’ll be surprised of its decade of dust, used condoms, pair of socks, and trash. Disgusting but you got no choice, you get what you pay for."

Can smoke as well and bring your takeaway food to eat, with tables and chairs & enjoy your meal under the calm 🌃🌇🌙 🌟 🤩 The address is a little confusing when you book Grab, indicate the hotel name to be sure and you will see it by the roadside..."
