Very clean hotel with great facilities. The hotel restaurant was excellent. The staff were all very friendly too.

Best bed ever! Very comfortable linens, mattress and pillows! Towels were a bit old but very clean! The swimming pool is just good… kind of cold but a little warm, but not enough! So it is not comfortable being on the jacuzzi at all… and every 5/7 minutes, have to get out of the water to restart the engine… Saunas and spa were really good! Breakfast was very good with lots of varieties that we don’t see often in hotel in the UK. Fruits, cold cuts, cheeses, breads and all the hot british breakfast dishes. Near a lot of restaurants and shopping locations Would be back again to this same place

Stayed there several times, never been disappointed. Good location for metrocentre/newcastle and beyond. Friendly staff. Good facilities and breakfast. Will obviously return.

Decent for a 2 star workers were no where to be seen though and tv were very small

Brilliant and inexpensive, you get what you pay for, love it.

First booked and then read the reviews 😮, so I saw a little off at ... But no cheerful, clean room, friendly reception, which made a great suggestion for a restaurant. Oh yes, no toilet role, but we got it, with excuses. The outside looks like the photos, the inside is a little darker. I do not think it is in line with the definition of ”hotel”, where I expect at least one restaurant, but a great place to stay at 25 minutes of car from the ferry to IJmuiden.

Stayed here many times with work. Excellent location, super friendly staff and amazingly clean. Great value for money. Restaurant inside and bar which is a little expensive for what it is but there is a pub and carvery across the road (2mins walk). Parking is free and there is always loads of it. The hotel itself is on a bit of a retail park which can get busy at times but I’ve never struggled to park and I’ve stayed here at least 40 nights since April. I don’t write reviews to be fair. But credit where it is due.
