It is located outside the city center so it's more suitable for guests with cars. There are plenty of car parks outside the hotel.
I didn't drive and had to either take a walk or the bus to the city center. It's a 20 minute walk along the promenade of Harbour Tennant to the restaurants and pubs at Wind Street. The city center was only another 10 minutes away.
The room was very clean and spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful. I'd have no hesitation to stay in there again.

The hotel is just next to the railway station, great location. The service is good as well. The room is clean and warm. However, WiFi is very very slow.
The location is very good, just outside the train station, about 500 meters from the city center. The service staff responded quickly, but the internet speed was very slow.

Tried a hostel for the first time. Fabulous experience. The private double room was just like a normal room in a basic hotel. Everything was very clean. Also they got a very nice mirror in bath room. Would like to stay here again if I come back to Swansea one day.

The picture on trip.com site is far different from the present state. Initially, we thought we've missed our way. Facility so old with minimal maintenance. Bird poo on the window, heater not working. Just a staff at a point so could not leave the reception to come check the radiator. Eventually someone came after an hour and we're given a mobile heater since the one in the room was not working.

The hotel rooms are large and have all the necessary facilities. The staff are friendly. The elevators are frequently repaired during your stay, so you have to take the stairs. YYANI lived in London's five-star Ritz and lived in Le Meurice next to the French Quarter. The Music Fable is a bit special. You don't have to look at anything more elegant, because it's a low-key luxury; if you want to face the sea and watch the spring blossoms, maybe it's a good choice (remember to book the presidential suite, where the windows are the most beautiful) landscape). On the day of the check-in, the boss was also there. During the chat, he learned that he had also worked for Ritz in London. It is no wonder that from the moment he entered the hotel, he always showed a thoughtful British butler service. The waiter helped us with the luggage and intimately put on the tea and drinks to solve the journey of the boat. The most surprising thing is that they also prepared the welcome snack macaron, the quality is considered superior. In addition, the hotel will explain to you any information you want to know, eat, ride, and shop... In a strange environment, staying at such a hotel, you really don’t have to worry about it. I really appreciate the boss’s spirit of running this special hotel. A little ** fan feeling, 😄

Very convenient to enjoy stunning Seaview with walking distance (a few steps) to decent frech and Italian restaurants.

GGuest UserHotel on the beach - courteous reception staff. Rooms are clean. Some rooms do not have safe box - some rooms do not have min fridge. No gym no swimming pool no spa. Basically this is 3 to 3.5 star hotel. I do not know why classified as 4 star hotel. The breakfast is very good. The staff are very friendly and polite. Specially the lovely old lady. There is no salad on breakfast. The cold meat and cheese corner should contain more varieties. There is only one cheese item and for the cold meat only one ”ham” item.

XXINGThe morning in the UK really can't stand it. There are too many meats and the cakes are sweet. The only thing that interests me is that the coffee there is really delicious and tastes pure. In general, the Chinese stomach can't stand the British ingredients. There is also a long interval between buses, which is really inconvenient. Perhaps the flow in the small area of Swansea is not large, so the starting distance is long, but the car is in excellent condition.
