The service for food was Ok, food nice too. Room TV was not working and no intercom telephone in the room, making it difficult to reach the customer service when needed. wifi was not too strong as expected, probably due to room position. there was no complimentary drinking water in the room but there was nice complimentary tea in room. there was Ironing board but no Iron in the room, because of NO intercom , reaching customer service for an iron was not possible as my time was running. I could say the position is nice and the worker are friendly

This was one of the best ever experiences I had in my 20 year long travel and stays. Especially I would like to mention this girl on reception the day we checked in, was excellent and exceptional. This hotel is no less than 5 star. I will recommend to everyone plz do try once and you will see it for yourself

Very happy with the room as its clean, on arrival I was greeted professionally, overall very pleased.

All in all was a comfortable stay, a plus on the breakfast staff so friendly and hospitable. Breakfast was very good, hearty and warm. Only surprise was I had to pay again at the front desk even though I already did online upon booking. Yet to be resolved by Trip.com customer service side. I hope it will be soon and I can my refund.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making check-in a breeze. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, with a lovely view. Like the row of washers and dryers! Free usage and can book via the hotel app. Have ping pong and pool table for a quick game. Location is about 7 mins walk to george square. 5 mins to shopping. Very convenient But the house keeping team needs some improvement. Towels were not changed or not enough towels were given.

The boss is very welcoming, the breakfast is delicious, the single room is a little small, but I am enough for me to transfer this night, the facilities are complete, the environment is great, the service is thoughtful
