Kinda difficult to do the self check-in. Must get an access code to enter the apartment and complete the entire check-in process. The rooms are basically perfect though.

The staff was kind and the service was good. There is no elevator, so it is difficult to have heavy luggage.

The location is excellent, 2-3 minutes walk from the DB side door. The breakfast is very good, with many yogurt options, I like it very much. The room facilities are OK, but the hair dryer is not very useful. BTW, the Italian food opposite the hotel is also very good.

Melter was the best place I stayed in throughout my Germany trip. It was in the centre of the old town, right above the Lorenzkirche U-bahn, 3-5 mins walk from the Hauptbahnof, and only steps away from everything you might need - bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, and all the highlights. It's a 10-15 min slightly uphill but beautiful walk to the Castle. The property was extremely beautiful, spotlessly clean, and stylish. Was given an upgrade by Jacqueline (or Jackie) to a studio with a kitchenette overlooking a quaint street; good for cooking. Spacious room, comfortable bed, and beautiful bathroom with nice soaps. Only complaint could be that some rooms (216-219) are not accessible by lift, and require a winding (confusing at first) walk through long corridors to reach, but it was OK for me. Laundry room also had detergent provided; gym was adequate. Did not have breakfast, but had lunch twice at Monki downstairs - impeccable ramen. Overall, this would be a great choice when in Nuremberg. Affordable, beautiful, comfortable, and convenient; and lovely staff - everyone of them took great care of me. Even granted late checkout. Will highly recommend this place.

The venue is superb, but the service not really good enough. As I have made an appointment for my family with 1 King bed and 1 single bed, however once after check in ,I found that just 1 king bed inside and I try to make a clarification at the front desk and make it clear that I pay different price for that room. However, she insist not shown in my booking information. Luckily, the Manager solve the problems with an sofa bed as well within 30 mins. The last but not least no discount for the carpark.

Beautiful hotel, central location, clean. Excellent swimming pool and spa. Excellent service, I forgot a sweatshirt in the room (a gift I am very fond of) and immediately they found it and sent it to my home address. Nice and good breakfast. Super recommended!

The hotel is very large and the parking location is very convenient, but the parking fee has been increased to 12 euros. It is not the price written on the platform website. The breakfast choice is also very rich. It is a very German breakfast. There are a variety of breads and sausages to choose from. It is worth staying. The price is also very real.

The room was still very clean and tidy. Breakfast is also very good! Parking needs to be parked in the underground parking lot over the train station. However, there is a place at the door where you can temporarily load and unload your luggage, which is more convenient.
