踏入寶通酒店，第一感覺便是新與凈，寬敞的房間讓人身心舒暢。中西合璧的大堂設計獨特，氣派非凡，不難看出老闆別具一格的品味。酒店服務也十分貼心，工作人員熱情周到，給人賓至如歸的體驗。 不過，酒店也存在一些尚待改進之處。其一，酒店內沒有配備洗衣房，這着實不便。每次入住我都向前台反饋，可惜一直未得到改善。添置幾部洗衣機和熱泵乾衣機，成本不高，卻能極大提升住客的便利性。其二，房間內缺少行李架，雖説衹是小細節，卻影響了整體的居住體驗。建議酒店可以參考維也納酒店在細節處理上的經驗，進一步優化。另外，若能增設健身房等設施，相信會更具吸引力。 起初，這些不足讓我萌生換酒店的想法。但先生説，住慣了寶通，這裏就像家一樣自在，所以我們還是選擇了它。我們已經訂了清明節入住的房間，真心期待酒店能帶來新的驚喜與改變 。 圖2：清新服務區都配備洗衣機和乾衣機啦，希望老闆可以看到這條評論
