RRochelleWe had a lovely time at Coco Tuohai Muxuyuan Homestay. The host family were very welcoming. We were away from our families during Christmas but they made us feel like we were part of theirs.
The room has a romantic atmosphere with great attention to detail. Our expectations were exceeded by far.
The moon sets right outside the window with a telescope on the balcony for those who are brave enough to face the cold morning outside.
The breakfast was delicious, especially the Xinjiang milk tea which was sent up to the room so that we could enjoy the scenery while eating.
We would definitely recommend this Homestay to couples.
You will not regret your stay.
For some the price might seem steep but the hospitality and atmosphere is priceless - definitely worth it! ❄️☺️

GGuest UserI had a fantastic stay at Burqin Night Light City Hotel. The hotel is in a great location with convenient access to nearby attractions, and the night views are especially stunning.
The room was spacious, clean, and well-decorated, making it feel warm and comfortable. The bed was soft and cozy, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The bathroom was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, and the hot water supply was excellent—showing the hotel’s attention to detail.
The service was outstanding. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient, making check-in and check-out smooth and hassle-free. They also provided helpful travel recommendations, which made my trip even more enjoyable.
A special thanks to Mr. Luo, the hotel manager, who was very professional and dedicated. He provided exceptional service and made sure our stay was pleasant and comfortable. His attentiveness and hospitality truly made a difference.
The breakfast had a good variety of options and tasted great, catering to different preferences. Overall, the hotel offers excellent value for money, making it a perfect choice for both business and leisure travelers. I would definitely stay here again in the future!

GGuest UserThe housekeeper service is timely, the room is well decorated, and the view from the window is beautiful. The B&B is newly opened, so the facilities are relatively new. The restaurant is also very good, but it would be better if the breakfast could be made into hot food.

Can you imagine that in Altay in the winter, the temperature inside the room is very warm, so hot that I can’t cover myself with a quilt? In the end, I have to sleep with the window open.
It's great to have a shuttle bus to the ski resort. The hotel is very close to Jinshan Market and the corner of Altay, within walking distance.

Before coming here, we were relatively worried about the sanitary conditions because it was a B&B. However, when we arrived, we found that the bedding and linens were very new and very clean. The glass in the corridor was very clean. We didn't think it was there unless we looked carefully. This greatly dispelled our worries. concern. As the weather turns colder, his home has ample heating and electric heaters, which are very warm. The location is very good, very quiet, and the decoration is very new. The landlady was very helpful. Seeing that we had come from such a long distance, and since there weren’t so many guests recently, she upgraded our room type for us, which was a great surprise. At the end of the five-day trip, I must say: ”It is worthy of the name and worth the trip”! 👍 Breakfast not only has delicious ”tofu brain and fried dumplings”, but even the fried dough sticks are made and fried by the hotel itself, not semi-finished products from the supermarket! These details reflect the hotel staff's love for work and their serious and responsible attitude. As for the hotel environment, facilities, and room hygiene services, they fully meet the standards of a five-star hotel. Especially Kaka, Baina, Dirk and the unknown electrician at the front desk, the service is warm, thoughtful and meticulous. Every day when it is still light, or when you return from the ski resort, you can always see Mr. Jing, who has a kind face and gets up earlier than the chicken 🐔, and greets you with a smile, which makes the fatigue of skiing suddenly relieved a lot, and you feel like going home. 👍 (Jiyuhe Hotel in Jiangjun Mountain should learn from you) I suggest snow friends to stay at ”Jiyuhe Hotel” for one night before leaving Keketuohai, treat yourself well, and comfort yourself. ☕️ 🍗 🍻

GGuest UserThe Starry Sky RV experience is great. The bunk beds bring you back to college days. You can look up at the night sky from the inner room. I personally think the sanitation is very good in the scenic area. The water heater is used for showering. You have to wait a little while, but the water pressure is quite stable. There are heating and air conditioning, and you can only turn on one of them. You sleep very comfortably at night and don’t feel cold. If you have a lot of luggage, you can call and they will help deliver it to the door of the RV. The cleaning lady will come to change towels/replenish water, and the housekeeper will also provide various travel consultations through WeChat. The service is warm and thoughtful. Coffee and breakfast will be delivered every day when you check in. The taste is average, but it’s free and you don’t want any bicycles. It is a house that I will recommend to friends. The overall experience is great!

It was my first time to visit Keketuohai. I stayed at this B&B and it was clear from the interior design that the owner was very attentive! The atmosphere created by the colorful chandeliers is very warm, and the carpets and pillows with ethnic patterns are very local. When the oversized floor-to-ceiling windows open the curtains, you can see the snow-capped peaks and pure snow scenery. It is very beautiful🥹 It's like being in a painting. Escape the hustle and bustle of the city. It is also very convenient to go to the ski resort, which is very suitable for those who want to experience skiing! The living facilities are also complete. The boss entertained us very warmly. The experience is very good and the price is high. I will choose this hotel next time I have the opportunity~
