The scenery outside the balcony is so beautiful. This is a very historic hotel. It should be a wealthy villa in ancient Europe, so some rooms are beautiful master bedrooms and guest bedrooms, and some are very poor servant rooms, such as single rooms, which are pitifully small and have no scenery.
The double room we booked is very beautiful. Because we brought children, we didn't pay attention to choosing 3 beds when booking, so the waiter needed to make a temporary arrangement. The beautiful girl at the front desk was very patient and gave a very favorable price. It felt very good.
The disadvantage is that although it is only more than 300 meters away from the station, it is a steep slope. Everyone who comes to the hotel is out of breath and needs to climb mountains to return to the hotel.

The location is in Wengen, not very central like Interlaken, but the train station is not far away and can be easily reached on foot. The service staff is very enthusiastic. Because I asked to expedite the laundry, they also tried their best to help. The most important thing is that the balcony of the room looks out to the distant mountains, and the scenery is beautiful! Sitting on the balcony and watching the sun shining on the mountains and the waterfall, I can't help but feel a lot of emotions. There is such a hotel in the world. The breakfast is very rich. Excellent place, I recommend it without fear, it’s really worth it!!! The hotel is incredible, the breakfast is amazing and the chef makes delicious omelets!!! I highly recommend this hotel! The view of the mountains is perfect and the pool is very beautiful!

We stayed here in April. The location is very good as it’s just near Wengen train station. The breakfast is good! 😊 The staff are nice. However, as they are doing some renovations, we have to go to a different hotel if we want to use hotel amenities. Apart from that everything is good. Recommended!

I stayed in this hotel with my friends during my graduation trip in July. The friends made a temporary reservation, but the stay experience made me very satisfied and amazing. The view, food, service, thoughtful and meticulous, I came here again in August, After staying for a few days, I really feel very cured. The female boss is also very beautiful, generous and enthusiastic. I will go there next time.

Because a person came out to travel, so I booked the cheapest single room in Wengen, and there is a private bathroom cost-effective. Downstairs is the restaurant, the normal Western food price, but a large share, I feel that if two people order a staple food plus side dishes. 200 meters away from the train station, Wengen is very small, so the accommodation is actually very convenient to the train station. For breakfast, there is a restaurant downstairs, 12 Swiss francs, but it is not bad.

I really want to give all five points because the environment and location rooms are really great.
A few steps from the train station, the most five minutes walk, the train down the mountain or up the Jungfrau is there. The room is large and the package is very good. Sitting on the balcony, you can see the waterfall and the beautiful town of Lauterbrunnen. The bathroom is a bit flawed, and the bath water will overflow the bathroom a little, but because it is far from the room, it does not affect.
The service staff was very warm and friendly. The breakfast was great, there were many choices, and the view of the restaurant was first class. Dinner needs to be booked, it is also very good, slightly salty.
Why give one less point on the facilities? Because there is no hot water bottle, and the restaurant is not available. This is nothing in normal times, mainly because my son has a cold, coughing more after drinking cold water, and there is really nowhere to solve it in the middle of the mountain at night. At this time, I can really appreciate the importance of a hot water bottle. However, there is no indication that the room has a hot water bottle on the booking interface. I didn't notice it and I can't blame the merchant. I hope that the merchant can increase or spare it for guests in need.
