The room in general is very clean, but the hotel has many flies flying around, especially during breakfast, there are many flies just lying on the bread and also flying around our food. Location from the hotel to city center is around 20~30 minutes walk, and there is a bus passing by the hotel every 20~30 minutes as well, for us it is alright, but we need to check the schedule to make sure we don't miss the bus, otherwise we will need to wait another 30 minutes for next bus or just walk to the city center.

Breakfast is simple. The customer service attitude is very satisfactory. Ideal for business and sightseeing alone. I always use it with peace of mind.

Close to the West Station, if you take the bus from the Jungfrau, and the bus is only two miles in an hour, but only two stations are also very fast. Location is near Interlaken West about 5 minutes walk. Coop shop and a pharmacy is just nearby. The staff were so amazing and helpful. They have a room storage for luggages. The breakfast is amazing with a lot of choices. This hotel is very well recommended:)

The hotel located really near to the train station. It was a best choice for tourist who never visit Interlaken and need some place that is easy to be found. It also got a great lake and mountain view from the room. The room itself is clean and beautiful. Really recommended place to stay.
