It is indeed Ctrip's price is more favorable (maybe I have accumulated more credits because I have used Ctrip more). Checkin was smooth, staff are nice and very accommodating, only thing is we were checked in a room where there are tick bugs. It was so horrifying, we checked in with our toddler as well. They were able to tranfer us to a different room, everyone was prompt to action this. But i dont think im gonna stay again at this hotel next time
