O prédio do hotel é muito bem localizado, tem uma vista bonita e um excelente atendimento, porém a impressão que tive é que falta manutenção (os elevadores ragem ao se moverem, há alguma coisa como um gerador ou central de ar condicionado que faz muito barulho no 14° andar, foi feitos reparos nas paredes e teto com massa corrida e não teve acabamento...). Alguns problemas parecem ser de projeto (o corredor interno nos apartamentos é estreito - tipo 80cm, tem uma banheira no banheiro, no local do chuveiro que é fechado com um cortina. Se deixar a cortina pra fora da banheira, molha todo o piso do banheiro, se deixar a cortina pra dentro, fica apertado para tomar banho.

Péssima experiência com relação ao estacionamento do hotel. Não tem sequer por onde pedestre sair. Tive q descer uma rampa péssima sem sinalização por onde pedestre deveria andar. Péssima experiência. Péssima estrutura de estacionamento. Precisam melhorar sinalização e estrutura de estacionamento, bem como colocar carregador para carro elétrico. Uma rede como Accor seria o mínimo.

Gostamos bastante do Resort. Café delicioso e com muitas opções. O que não gostamos foi que as piscinas estavam extremamente geladas. Piscinas enormes e vazias porque ninguém conseguia entrar ou ficar muito tempo. Fomos no mês de Julho, apesar de ser mês chuvoso, estava ensolarado, mas independente disso, poderiam criar estratégias de aquecimento da água. Outro ponto negativo é que o espaço de jogos é muito pequeno e com 1 opção de cada jogo. Resort grande demais para termos que ficar na fila esperando jogar alguma coisa.

I felt wrong because they had the job to turn the dirt copper bed... Oh, we asked three times to change the control of one of the TV or to change the batteries... we left there without anyone having solved a so simple problem... Another issue that is worth noting is that the hotel has to check urgently... on the air exhaustor of room 217... was not working! My children on the second day no longer took advantage of the hotel because they were sick and the air quality worsened the situation even more. Things that should not pass unnoticed!!!! The hotel has a varied breakfast, everything very tasty, the hot pool, the staff working in this area needs more training because one is playing the client to another... perhaps the workforce is heavy because there are few professionals for demand ( holiday). The park the children loved, the beach is beautiful! The hotel structure is very good! The night is a super pleasant climate!

The reception team is wonderful! However, Wi-Fi doesn't work in the room, in no way! And breakfast was not good! A little variety, cold coffee. And without tapioca! Breakfast was to be desired!

O hotel e o quarto estava relativamente limpo... Os elevadores com problemas ou em manutenção. Tive que usar as escadas depois de esperar um tempão, e a saída de emergência dá para a cozinha do restaurante, a gente fica perdido sem saber achar a saída. Para subir de escadas é ainda pior, não é fácil encontrar a entrada. Imagina se eu estivesse em um andar mais alto...
