it was great location. near to everything- train subway restuarants theatre bars. room was very small though

Lovely hotel room lighter and bigger than we thought. Bed and pillows great as usual for Premier Inn. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a real bargain and all lovely. We left our case on both days so we could explore London.

Very poor. I use Premier Inn several times a year, including this one. Arrived for one night on Easter Sunday. Was informed there was a staff shortage. The staff were very unhappy. Noisy room. No decaf tea or coffee. Hot chocolate chargeable.

The hotel is centrally located and small but perfectly functional clean and quiet rooms great for a couples weekend away great storage space for cases coats etc shampoo and soap provided and free tea and coffee

Didnt realise a hub was soo different to a premier lodge. 1st and last time. More like a single bed. Partner had to climb over me to go to the WC. The room is soooo small, no sides or wardrobe. Walls paper thin, you can hear people going to the loo and showers running etc. Modern room Great location. No kettle or fridge. Ok for a small young single traveller Smart tv we struggled with it. I stayed here for 2 nights over the Easter weekend. The hotel is in a fantastic location, a 2 minute walk from Leicester Square. We were seeing some shows while on our trip and the theatres were a 5 minute walk from the hotel which was perfect. The rooms are clean and exactly as they are pictured on the website. They have all you need for a city break where you are in and out of your room all of the time. I would definitely stay here again or in another Hub hotel. Cheap and exactly what you need for a city break.

Stayed here when visiting the theatre. Great location with easy access to London. Easy self check in. Room was very small and basic and we had a room in the basement with no natural light which was quite claustrophobic. Bed was comfortable but one of us had to be next to the wall. The main bugbear was no tea or coffee making facilities.

Great hotel with everything you need for a short stay. Well thought out use of space in the bedrooms ensuring that you have room for everything. Great location for Covent Garden Lovely friendly staff always happy to help

I really liked this hotel! Clean and tidy, nice bar and breakfast room , small but very comfortable room with ergonomic furniture. I will stay again! The location is just off Trafalgar Square in the Hear tof the Capital with loads of bars, pubs and restaurants. Ideal for theatre trips.
